英文摘要
In order to reduce the non-point source pollution from agriculture at watershed of the reservoir ,we bring the idea of Low Impact Development,LID to improved water quality by controling suspended solids.This project contains 95 watersheds of the reservoir.By the reference of paper,case and planning home and abroad,purpose of this research is to choose 5 watersheds to bring LID to check which watershed is in high risk of non-point source pollution. By the way ,understand the improvement of water quality as a basis of promotion.Finally,make six sheets based on the results of project,including LID promotion plan and the sample of improvement of water quality as the reference of government.
In recent years, the plan of LID is included in implementation plan, but this plan is lack of planning steps. Therefore, according to the pollution characteristics of the reservoir, the non-point source pollution caused by the agricultural is suitable for the grit chamber, grass ditch and planting retention tank.
According to the research of LID home and abroad,there are some rules of LID:(1) Slope is between 8% and 20%;(2)Grid chamber must be set ;(3)The total of phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen reduction should be 45%. Suspension solids (SS) reduction rate of more than 50% .
In recent years,the plan of LID is included in implementation plan,but this plan is lack of planning steps. Therefore, according to the pollution characteristics of the reservoir, the non-point source pollution caused by the agricultural is suitable for the grit chamber, grass ditch and planting retention tank.The reservoir of islands is small,so eutrophication in reservoir is serious due to people’s livelihood and live farming,in order to deal with it,we could promote combined purification tanks, rain gardens, planting retention tanks, constructed wetlands and layered composite soil systems (MSL). ) and other facilities.
Besides, after the completion of the sample, the reduction rates of total phosphorus, ammonia nitrogen and suspended solids reached 50% on average of the two samples. The reduction of nutrient salts and suspended solids has achieved remarkable results. Therefore, it was concluded through demonstration site tests. The ratio of LID to farmland area is 1:1000 and the reduction goal is 50%. It is used as a reference for planning LID facilities in the reservoir watershelds.
Finally, in addition to the expert meeting and open to suggestions, we hope to follow up the low-impact development plan, and also make a regulation for the relevant units to promote the LID reference and assist the Water Resources Department ,the Water Resources Bureau and the Taipei Water Source Specific District Administration, communicate with the local government which is located to confirm the promotion.
