依據「流域綜合治理特別條例」第12條「中央主管機關應將執行情形及績效，每年向立法院報告」規定，本計畫執行期間，每一年度需編撰年度執行情形及績效報告報請行政院轉提報立法院。另依「流域綜合治理計畫推動小組設置與作業辦法」及「流域綜合治理計畫考核作業要點」之規定，經濟部設本計畫推動小組，推動小組下設考核工作小組，相關幕僚作業由本署辦理；本計畫之考核重點為「本計畫應達到落實流域整體治理與綜合治水原則，減免淹水災害損失，加速推動計畫及工程執行之目標」，主要項目包括： 1.計畫執行之管制考核及督導。 2.各年度執行情形及績效報告之初審。 3.實地訪查。 4.計畫執行成果彙整 5.其他考核有關事項。

The Integrated River Basin Management Plan is undertaking in a six-year period to alleviate flooding disasters nationwide. This two-year project for the second phase is to support the Audit Task Force to implement the Integrated River Basin Management Plan. The tasks and results of the project are summarized as follows. 1. Administrative assistance of the Audit Task Force of the Integrated River Basin Management Plan This project assisted the Audit Task Force to hold five meetings to review the process of the Integrated River Basin Management Plan. The assistance from this projects include preparing documentation, making slides, communicating with the reviewers and authorities, organizing the schedule, setting up the venue, writing the records, etc. 2. Assistance of the subproject of River, Drainage System, and Bridge of the Integrated River Basin Management Plan This project assisted the Audit Task Force to hold meetings regularly to check the progress of subproject of River, Drainage System, and Bridge of the Integrated River Basin Management Plan. This project supported the Audit Task Force to communicate with different related authorities and collecting relevant information. 3. Assistance of the Audit Task Force to perform on-site audit This project helped the Audit Task Force to perform 40 on-site audits, including authorities of different central and local governments. 4. Investigation and collection of the information of structural and nonstructural engineering countermeasures, flooding and disaster information, engineering photography, and related information. This project implemented the tasks including (1) digitalizing the sites and drawing of related engineering projects, (2) using maps to visualize the achievements of the Integrated River Basin Management Plan, (3) constructing the web server to store collected information, (4) making the photography book of related engineering projects, and (5) other related results. 5. Assistance of the audit of subprojects of the Integrated River Basin Management Plan This project assisted the Audit Task Force to perform various review and checking meetings, including 60 audits for the River Management Offices, and 72 audits for the local governments. 6. Drafting the annual reports of 2016 and 2017 of the Integrated River Basin Management Plan This project collected relevant information from related authorities and drafted the annual reports of 2016 and 2017 of the Integrated River Basin Management Plan. 7. Drafting the Phase II report of the Integrated River Basin Management Plan This project collected relevant information from related authorities and drafted the Phase II report of the Integrated River Basin Management Plan. 8. Design and print the promotion leaflet for the Integrated River Basin Management Plan This project assisted to design the promotion leaflet for the Integrated River Basin Management Plan, and print 2,700 copies of Chinese version and 300 copies of English version of the leaflet to promote the achievements of the plan.
