斗六堰原稱斗六大圳進水口，由於其設備已相當老舊，同時要能夠提供緊急時期之取水功能，所以政府於民國90年配合集集共同引水計畫，進行本進水口更新改善工程。在此同時，為了考量生態保育之重要性，亦增設一座水池隔壁式魚道(Ice Harbor Type fishway)，以提供洄游生物之利用以達到保育河川生態的目的。中水局特地從民國95年起，專案辦理相關的生態調查和魚道效益評估，同時進行相關的魚道改善研究和工程。本報告係延續95～106年度之工作，進行魚道改修後的生態監測和效益評估，以瞭解目前清水溪生物廊道的暢通情況。
英文摘要
From 2006 ~ 2018, research on the efficiency assessment of fishway of Dou-Liou Weir had been executed for `13 years, and had accumulated abundant ecological investigation data. After modification in 2008, the effectiveness of the fishway had great improvement. The fishway is under continuous monitoring, the monitoring data is an important reference for evaluation of the effectiveness of the modified fishway, and for longitudinal study the function of the biological corridor.
