圖書典藏及影音數位平台

本案擬蒐集彙整散布於各單位之歷年區排生態調查及區排情勢調查及評估資料，儲存建置資料庫，並以圖形界面方式快速分享既有區排生態及情勢調查結果，並產製"區排環境資訊圖"，供後續區排環境營造與生態檢核之用。同時依據區排情調查中的一般調查需求，開發軟體應用程式，以利民眾參與時可簡易、快速查找及現場儲存資料，持續建立區排情勢調查資料庫，有利未來長期區排生態及環境資料持續累積，並落實區排環境營造與生態保育的公私協力操作。

Over the years, investigations or data collections have been completed by various agencies, and the relevant reports have been scattered among agencies and are not easy to find and use. Although most of the Ecology and Status data on regional drainage have been completed, the lack of database management system and inquiry platform has made it difficult to collect basic ecological data when promoting the development of the regional drainage environment. The project will complete the "Construction and Sharing for Regional Drainage Ecology and Status Investigation Data (1/2) and (2/2)" from 2018 to 2019, and will collect and construct the Ecology and Status data on regional drainage scattered across the four districts of Taiwan. Through the professional background of hydrology and ecology, check the correctness and completeness of the data and turn the data into usable information. This year (2018) completed the construction of 75 reports in central and northern Taiwan, planned and developed the "Data Management System for Regional Drainage Ecology and Status Investigation" (Web pages) and the shared application "i water" (mobile Apps), and invited more than 80 people to test and further modify the both program. It can be used as a reference for the planning of regional drainage, the promotion of environmental improvement, ecological conservation and ecological inspection.
