A geological Geographic Information System (GGIS) for the river basins administered by the Water Resource Agency was established and periodically updated in the previous (2004-2014) projects. During 2004-2014, field verification was conducted in 24 river basins (including the Lanyang, Heping, Fongshan, Touchien, Zhonggang, Houlong, Daan, Dajia, Wu, Zhuoshui, Beigang, Puzi, Bazhang, Jishui, Zengwen, Yanshui, Erren, Agongdian, Gaoping, Donggang, Sizhong, Beinan, Xiuguluan, Hualien, Tamsui, and Huang River basins) to confirm and to establish the data sets of geo-hazard, geologic outcrop, aerial-photo interpretation, and geologic interpretation of these basins in the GGIS. User interfaces for GGIS were also developed to enhance user friendliness.
The main task for this project is to recheck the current status of the Lanyang, Touchien, Zengwen, Gaoping and Beinan river basins. New data set were compiled and built into the GGIS system after field check. The new data set include 2 sites of debris flow and 100 sites of riverbed conditions. In addition, five case studies were presented to demonstrate how to use the data base in the GGIS for the purpose of site-investigation planning or for the evaluation of geological influence.
Two training courses were held at the end of this project. The courses cover a few case studies for the geological evaluation of geo-sensitive zones and the usage of UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) in constructing DSM (Digital Surface Model). The training courses help to prompt the application of the GGIS for the engineers in river management and water resource planning.

本報告是經濟部水利署水利規劃試驗所於民國106年12月完成的「流域地質資訊系統之維護更新及應用」計畫。計畫旨在持續更新並應用已建立的流域地質資訊系統,以提升河川流域的地質災害防治與水利工程規劃能力。
計畫內容包含:
* **資料蒐集與建置:** 蒐集並整合其他單位提供的基本圖資,如地質圖、土石流潛勢圖等,並對中央管河川流域進行週期性的現地複查,更新河道狀況、土石災害等資訊。
* **週期性現地複查:** 本年度針對蘭陽溪、頭前溪、曾文溪、高屏溪、卑南溪等五個流域進行複查,記錄河道現況、土石流等資訊,並分析其地質災害影響。
* **加值應用與案例探討:** 透過流域地質資訊系統,針對荖濃溪支流布唐布那斯溪堰塞湖危險度、卑南溪紅葉溫泉區河段穩定性、曾文溪日新護岸設計參數、頭前溪中正大橋上下游河道穩定性、旗山溪月眉攔河堰河道穩定性等十處案例進行探討,展示系統的應用價值。
* **平台更新維護與推廣:** 持續維護流域地質資訊平台,進行資料上傳、問題排除,並舉辦教育訓練,推廣系統應用。
報告最後提出歷年成果彙整及後續建議,以期能更有效地運用流域地質資訊系統於水利規劃與管理。
