圖書典藏及影音數位平台

近年水理輸砂模式日趨完整，本所過去亦引進或開發相關模式，透過本計畫希望能整合並加強部份模式的使用性。因此包含以下三大部分：1.彙整相關模式的模式程式、使用案例以及相關學習資源。2.以QGIS為平台開發SRH 2/3D的視窗化界面。3.依據模式屬性透過網頁技術，提供網頁界面的操作使用與成果展示。

Over the past few years, Water Resource Planning Institute(WRPI) developed and introduced several hydraulic models and flood simulating models including CCHE、SRH、RESED、GNeSIM and GLMRT. Besides, the hydrological and hydraulic analysis system is an important tool to do hydrological and hydraulic designs for major rivers in Taiwan.The propose of this project includes the following terms:1. Review the models and the application cases in Taiwan, simplify the principle of the models and list the features of the cases;2. Establish a website to introduce this project and related models and system, plan the simulating environment of the models;3. Devolop a mesh construction tool under open source GIS architecture, which have to meet the requirements of mix-grid establishment, material and nodestring setup, elevation interporation and format transferred capacity;4. Implement a graphic user interface for SRH-2D which is able to setup the simulation scenario and relating parameter as srhpre; and 5. Integrate the hydrological and hydraulic analysis system with the results of this project.To achieve the above proposes, we use QGIS, Python, PyQGIS, Qt, PyQt to develop the mesh construct tool named MeshBuilder and the GUI named srhpre UI. Besides, a integrated widget named HydroBanks is develop to management the usage of the models. A website developd by Wordpress includes the introduction of this projects and the models. The hydrological and hydraulic analysis system and the results of this project are integrated by QGIS platform.
