為辦理自來水管承裝商、自來水管承裝技工、自來水事業技術人員管理等業務，本署自民國93年陸續完成「自來水管承裝商管理系統」、「自來水管承裝技工考驗合格管理系統」、「自來水事業技術人員管理系統」與「自來水管承裝商技工語音服務系統」、「銀行代收繳款單列印系統」等系統），除提供國內21縣市政府承辦自來水管承裝商業務外，亦包含本署承辦承裝商技工及自來水事業技術人員管理與證書核(補、換)發等作業。 為使各管理系統正常運作及使用者介面維護，並能隨時針對各縣市政府或本署承辦人員之需求調整修正，本計畫將持續辦理上述該相關系統之維護改善、系統操作Q&A教育訓練、銀行代收繳款單列印系統介面整合及完成國內7縣市政府之業務查訪工作與年度檢討會議。

In this project, we maintain and upgrade the five management systems and organize operation training of these systems for Water Resources Agency, Ministry of Economic Affairs. The management systems include the management of 1. water pipe construction companies, 2. artisans certificates for water pipe installation, 3. voice service to water pipe construction companies and artisans for water supply industry 4. technicians in water supply industry 5. payment vouchers collected through banks The management system of water pipe construction companies is deployed in 21 county/city governments. The management systems of artisans certificates and technicians are implemented in Water Resources Agency, Ministry of Economic Affairs. The completed items in this projects are : SYSTEM MAINTENANCE 1. Maintain the above five systems to ensure them well functional. 2. Add the checking function of certificate number to make sure that during the reissue process the old certificate number will be expired and new certificate number will be validated in the management system of technicians in water supply industry. 3. Shown in Unicode when printing a certificate in the management systems of water pipe construction companies, artisans certificates for water pipe installation and technicians in water supply industry. 4. Complete the voice service to water pipe construction companies. 5. Finish the system integration with bank for the management system of payment vouchers that make process more efficient. TRAINING & REVIEW 1. Two training courses (about 40 attendees in total) of working procedure and operation instruction for the management system of water pipe construction companies. 2. On-line help including trouble shooting, Q&A, data correction and recovery, and assistance to make statistics report. 3. Visit user units in 8 counties/cities for system improvement. 4. One system review meeting for the management system of water pipe construction companies.
