本計畫度將以一河局轄區洪水預報系統及防汛地圖為基礎架構，持續進行功能維護更新，並擴充新增降雨預報來源與介接觀測氣壓資料，以及行動水情功能加值，提昇預報資訊穩定性、完整性及方便性；依據不同情境之降雨或河口潮位資料，分析轄區內各河段水情資訊，評估及初步建置蘭陽溪決策支援系統，以提昇水情資訊準確度。

This project provides the maintenance and extension of the flood forecast system in First River Management Office (RMO-1) on its basis. The parameters are calibrated using past typhoon events for forecast accuracy, further improvement of flood map display functions for immediate response with in-time information application system automation, including river information analysis in flood period, Technical support and forecast consultion, river situation survey and rainfall and river information provision in torrential events. In this year, cross section profiles the nearest 3 to watershed water station are updated according to the survey after the flood season of 2015 and are imported into the geomorphology database in the system. Also, in the hydrological data maintenance, the network service can now support as meteological tide data update. The model parameters of Lanyang River and Heping River of the forecast system are calibrated using the 2015 SOUDELOR typhoon event, and are verified using the DUJUAN typhoon in this year, now the model can reflect the observed water level reasonably. This project provides river information analysis, technical support and forecast consultation, satisfying the request of RMO-1. Also, in the influence period of typhoon NEPARTAK, MERANTI, MALAKAS and MEGI, 3 personnel are full time stationed in RMO-1office, conduct forecast system control, system troubleshooting, forecast operation assistance and outcome translation.
