石門水庫肩負著灌溉、發電、給水、防洪、觀光等多項重要任務,自民國53年6月竣工以來,至今已邁入第51個年頭。營運期間歷經多次汛期事件,為了補救溢洪道排洪量不足問題,另闢建兩條排洪隧道,然而後池所負擔的進流量,從原先的溢洪道11,400cms及排洪隧道2,400cms外,隨著防淤改善工程計畫的推動,進流量增加排砂隧道300cms以及將來的大灣坪防淤隧道預期將增加1,600cms,這些額外增加的後池進流量,勢必為後池的穩定造成一定程度的衝擊。為了進一步了解不同的排洪或排砂操作原則下,對後池整體的流場力學分析,本計畫除了利用三維多相流數值模擬技術分析後池現況水理模擬外,在後池改善工程構想也提出北苑擴展區域分析及排洪隧道挑流工改善之數值模擬,以探討後池左岸岸壁沖刷能力的改善程度。
英文摘要
The Shimen reservoir is shouldering the irrigation, the electricity generation, the water supply, the flood prevention, the sightseeing and so on many important tasks. It has been completed since June, 1964, until now has entered into the 51th year. It has been a lot of flood events happened in the operation period. For the problem of insufficient discharge through spillway, the flood tunnel is used to increase discharge. The original inflow discharge of after bay is spillway 11,400cms and flood tunnel 2,400cms. But the extra discharge of after bay will be increased by power plant desilting tunnel 300cms and Dawanping tunnel 1,600cms. Therefore, the impact for stability of bank of after bay will be happened by the extra discharge.
