台灣地區機關學校用水型態分析與單位用水量分析探討 The Analysis of Water Use Pattern and Index for Institutes and Schools in Taiwan

「政府機關及學校節約用水填報網站」歷經多年的規劃及推動,各填報單位用水之資料庫已逐漸完整成型,惟依據行政院公布之「機關及學校屬性分類表」將機關學校區分為6大類及48細分類的方式,於分析後發現存在用水指標基準值之用水指標值變異數過大的情形。故為改善此缺失,並落實節約用水措施應有一個科學客觀量化的比較基準,爰辦理本計畫,期透過機關學校用水形態之分析,探討更合理之機關學校用水型態分類及其用水量基準值,作為後續政府推動機關學校節水評比的參考。
英文摘要
This project expects to discuss more appropriate water consumption patterns and standards by water usage analysis for institutes and schools. These results can be used as a reference for water conservation evaluation competition in the future. The results abstract of this project has completed as following in this final report:
1.According to the attribute analysis and outlier analysis of the existing categories for institutes and schools about 6 categories and 48 subcategories, the appropriation has been discussed for the coefficient of variation. The suggestion of this report has been given to expand from 48 subcategories into 75 subcategories and the water usage baseline value has been subscribed.
2.According to the quartile method, it has been completed to have each boundary limit of reasonable water usage including water usage baseline value, the scope of water baseline value, lower value buffer area of water usage, higher value buffer area of water usage, low-inclined area of water usage and high-inclined water usage.
3.The priority list of consultation of organization about higher water usage each categories and self evaluation investigation analysis of the reason of higher water usage has been submitted. The major reasons of higher water usage are no replacement by the products of Water Conservation Mark, equipment leakage (pipelines, toilets, and faucets) and increase of related activities of meeting and training.
4.According to the water demand of schools, this project has submitted four directions of discussion including water demand for living, water demand for training, water demand for environment, and water demand for plant growth. There are nine influence factors for standard model.
5.The model explanation ability of water usage patterns established by all water usage data of schools is about 75%. There are four to seven influence factors. The model explanation ability of water usage patterns established by data of water usage of each person daily in schools for four rank distances is about 95%. There are two influence factors.
6.According to the demand of domestic water usage, this project has discussed from five major directions of water demand including diet, cleaning (food/utensil/ clothes/environment), personal sanitation (toilet flush/shower/washing), spraying (landscape/plants/green beautification) and car washing. There are fifteen influence factors.
7.The model explanation ability of water usage patterns established by all water usage data of domestics is about 68%. There are three influence factors. The model explanation ability of water usage patterns established by data of water usage of each person daily in domestics for four rank distances is about 97%. There are two influence factors.
