配合行政院環境保護署99年8月5日訂定相關『水庫藻毒處理作業程序』(環署水字第0990071126號函)，各民生用水水庫管理單位需依此作業程序進行自主性管理，以確保飲用水安全；本署北、中、南區水資源局及各自來水事業單位所轄水庫均受該作業程序規範，有鑒於台灣地區水庫水源眾多，且地區分散，若將水源水質樣品運送至分析單位，運輸及分析耗時久，對於水庫管理而言恐怕緩不濟急，基於此，本署已完成移動式監控技術、藍綠藻應變與監控技術提升研究計畫及相關技術整合。本年度將持續提升水庫有害藻類、藻毒素、藻臭及指標性微生物之快速監測技術。建立重要水庫有害藻類、毒素、藻臭資訊。研發水庫藻類控制及削減技術。辦理水庫水質定期監測及水庫藻毒應變監測作業。建置水庫有害藻類、毒素及微生物事件處理作業通報及相關資訊平台。辦理針對民生用水水庫管理單位及淨水場，進行水庫有害藻類、毒素及微生物事件處理作業，自主性管理情境模擬教育訓練。
英文摘要
In this project, improvement of detection method was made by including a duplex qPCR method for detection of Cylindrospermopsis spp. and cylindropsermosin producing genes, and a taqMan based qPCR method for indicator bacteria. The methods were successfully applied in 13 reservoirs and 3 water treatment plants in Taiwan and 19 reservoirs in off-shore islands. For the finished water samples collected, the toxin concentrations were all below drinking water quality guideline values suggested by World Health Organization, suggesting that the drinking water is in low risk.
