水利工程構造物混凝土施工規範研究總報告=Investigation on Specification for Construction of Hydraulic Concrete Structure(2/2)

本計畫為二年期之研究案,第一年經由一系列混凝土相關試驗、研究團隊過去研究成果及相關文獻之綜整分析,將混凝土抗壓強度、水膠比、粗粒料用量、粗粒料性質、礦物摻料(飛灰、爐石粉及矽灰)用量等因素,與混凝土抵抗水中磨耗能力、抵抗含砂水流沖擊能力、抵抗衝擊能力、耐久性、溫度與體積穩定性等材料性能建立起關聯性,並於施工綱要規範草案中訂定相關之檢驗標準,並藉由水利工程構造物混凝土專家座談會舉辦,廣納各界之意見加以修訂,而提出整合型水利工程構造物混凝土施工規範草案,供工程界參考。
本年度將依第一年之研究成果修訂水利署現行施工規範「第03310章 結構用混凝土」之內容,包括混凝土參考建議配比,並針對不同類別之水利工程構造物,研擬各類水利工程構造物混凝土材料之相關規定,及修訂各類水利工程構造物之混凝土檢驗項目與標準。
此外,考量台灣水庫因淤積導致蓄水量逐年降低,台灣重要水庫均有淤積的問題,水庫總淤積量已超過一座翡翠水庫之蓄水量,且淤積量尚持續增加中,影響水庫之壽命與蓄水量甚鉅。如何進行水庫浚渫工作延長水庫壽命並發揮原設計之蓄水、發電、觀光之用途,顯然有其急迫性,加上當前台灣地區天然砂石料極其缺乏,水庫淤泥取代天然砂石料應用於混凝土製品實為一舉數得之再應用方式,同時解決水庫淤泥處理問題、天然砂石料短缺問題與環保問題,且能降低成本達到經濟性之效果。
有鑑於此,本年度計畫透過水庫淤泥混凝土配比設計,進行力學性質、抗磨損性質、耐久耐的性質及體積穩定性等試驗,綜合評估結果顯示添加水庫淤泥量為10%及15%時,對於混凝土之力學性質影響有限,當添加量達20%時則有較明顯之折減,其中因添加水庫淤泥後混凝土的彈性模數降低,反而有助於提昇其抗衝擊的性能;此外,在體積穩定性方面,雖然添加水庫淤泥混凝土的乾縮量約略高出一般混凝土300~400×10-6,但如能在施工過程注意養護程序,則對於水庫淤泥混凝土的影響應不致於太大。本計畫並據以修訂水利署現行施工規範「第03801章 水庫淤泥混凝土」之內容,再經由舉辦座談會之方式,廣納各方面之意見後進行修正,提供國內工程界一合時宜且具實用價值之規範。
英文摘要
This study is a two-year program. In first year, examination standards will be amended in this study through the material character, concrete water-abrasion and impact resistance, durability, temperature and volume stability, which related in concrete compression strength, water cement ratio, coarse aggregate quantity and quality, mineral admixtures (fly ash, ground granulated blast furnace slag, silica fume) and so on. It also collects suggestions in any respects to propose a draft of integral establish standard for hydraulic structure lastly.
In this year, the present specification- “03310 concrete for structures” is modified based on the first year research results. The content includes reference mix proportion, material characteristics for different hydraulic engineering structures, and test items and standards for concrete.
In addition, the water storage capacity of reservoir is decreasing year by year in Taiwan. There are the problems of the silting in the main reservoirs. The volume of silting is more than the water storage capacity of Feitsui Reservoir. This has a great effect upon the life of reservoirs and water storage capacity. Therefore how to prolong life of reservoirs and to solve problems of silting is very important.
The study on evaluating the performance of reservoir slit concrete had been conducted using mechanics property, abrasion resistance, durability, and volume stability tests. It shows less effect of mechanics property of concrete when the additive amount of reservoir silt is 10% and 15%. The mechanics property of concrete will be reduced when additive amount of reservoir silt more than 20%. The decreasing of elastic modulus can improve the impact resistance. The amount of dry shrinkage of reservoir slit concrete is more than normal one 300~400×10-6. It can be reduced influence by making sure the procedure of curing.
It is also to modify the specification of reservoir slit concrete based on the research results, and collects suggestions in any respects to propose a draft of integral establish standard for hydraulic structure lastly.
