自民國105年起，由水利署負責「自然環境資料庫分組」網站相關工作。延續經濟部資訊中心自79年以來的豐富成果，將各單位資料進行收集與整合，分析使用者需求以增加系統應用之廣度；去年度透過最新之網路技術，整合即時資訊以發展自然環境應用服務為主軸。並透過提供大眾介接應用，進而擴大應用情境。 隨著系統中資料及功能日益精進，透過系統說明會推廣使系統曝光度增加，系統使用率也日漸攀升。而為了提升系統之穩定性及可靠性，並確保系統隱私資訊，提供使用者資訊交流安全之環境，強化資訊安全則成為了重要的課題。因此，今年度計畫著眼於系統資訊安全等級提升至高級，針對防護基準建議作法採取相關因應措施。本計畫將執行分為兩部分，第一部分為強化管理系統，如設計自動登出機制、限制使用管理系統之對象、建立SMTP通報機制以第一時間掌握違常登入、定期稽核帳號使用情形，若有閒置帳號應予以刪除。另一部分為應用系統的資訊安全提升，如強化營運復原演練，將備份還原機制導入流程中。進行弱點掃描和源碼掃描，確保系統遭受駭客攻擊或是重大災害時皆能穩健運作無漏洞。 除資訊安全強化工作外，系統今年度亦持續擴充與更新各種自然環境之地理資訊圖資及主題地圖，讓系統持續維持新鮮度及話題性。建置圖資排行功能，方便使用者快速套疊熱門圖資。增設推薦頁籤，依系統管理者需求於後台管理系統調整上架內容；此外，今年度亦擴充系統查詢模組加入每日平均日照時數，精進繪圖模組加入地址定位功能、即時資訊模組新增介接自來水水質、即時水位歷線圖及即時雨量組體圖等資訊，期望帶給一般民眾更多貼近生活周遭之資訊，以提升系統使用率，並發揮系統蒐整資料之價值。 II 空間資訊相關應用愈發普及，藉由自然環境資料庫所蒐集之圖資，可多元運用於產官學之決策系統中。除提升產業決策效率外，亦大幅增加地理資訊之應用層面，進而創造龐大的資訊應用市場。建議可結合資料開放的政策，彙整更多自然環境相關資訊與服務，並且融入各面向之資料應用情境，讓民眾產生興趣參與其中，提升對自然環境資料庫的黏著度。

In response to the government’s organization restructuring and the integrated planning policy on Natural Environment Database Division of NGIS, the task of maintaining system is transferred to Water Resources Agency (WRA). Water Resources Agency integrates the data from relative agencies and reorganizes plentiful accomplishments of this project in the past few years. WRA also analyzes users’ needs, shares results via social network, increases the service range of the system, and constantly updates and adjusts the system based on government’s new organization structure. As the data and functions in the system become better, and the fan page and system descriptions continue to be promoted, the system exposure increases and the system usage rate increases. In order to improve the stability and reliability of the system, ensure system privacy information, and provide a safe environment for users, strengthening information security has become an important issue. Therefore, this year's project focuses on the work of the system's information security level, implements the software development process, and conducts various vulnerabilities such as vulnerability scanning, source code scanning, and operational recovery exercises to ensure there are no loopholes in the system when hackers attack it. In addition to improve information security work and keep the system interesting and interacting to the audience. This year, the system will continues to expand and update all kind of geographic information maps and theme maps of various natural environments. Not only that, this year, the system will be enhances on researching modular, improving drawing modular and address location function add on, instant information module offers water quality information on tap water, water station , rain water measure and water achieves. This is to hope to provide IV a better service to the civil on information control and research, and maximize the usage and value of the system. Since the blooming of spatial information-related applications, the maps which NGIS collected can be used in different fields. Not only improving the effieincy of decision-making, but making a huge market of information technology industry. In order to get more people involved in NGIS, we suggest integrating more natural environment-related resouces and service by following the open data trend.
