在政府人力精簡、業務日漸擴充及有限人力狀態下，為期使系統順利運轉，及適當的系統維修管理外，同時需具熟悉精通水文、水理、洪水預報及系統工程專業技術人員在洪水期間處理分析相關資料。

Choshui River, which flows through Nantou, Chiayi, Changhua and Yunlin with 21 towns, has played a key role in its humanities and social activities in Taiwan. This project mainly provides Fourth River Management Office the necessary flood early warning and flood control integration to enhance flood prevention. It not only protects the safety of the public’s lives and property in society, but also boosts the regional economy development. The main purpose of the project is to ensure the accuracy of flood forecasting and maintain the normal operation of the system. Besides, it collects a variety of information in disaster areas and makes relevant suggestions for recovery. The framework consists of the following units:1.Make sure the accuracy and the operation of flood forecasting system.2.Collect information in surrounding areas.3.Assist to make responses and provide solutions to severe floods and debris dam.4.Hold local seminars and training courses.
