英文摘要
Over the past few years, Water Resource Planning Institute(WRPI) developed and introduced several hydraulic models and flood simulating models including CCHE、SRH、RESED、GNeSIM and GLMRT. Besides, the hydrological and hydraulic analysis system is an important tool to do hydrological and hydraulic designs for major rivers in Taiwan.
The purposes of this project include the following terms:
1. Review the models and the application cases in Taiwan, simplify the principle of the models and list the features of the cases. The reviewd models include three hydraulic simulation models which can simulate flow and sediment transport phenomenon and two flood simulation models which implement with GPU technique.
2. Develop MeshBuilder tool, srhpre UI tool and SRH-2D TEC Viewer plugin for SRH-2D. These tools are developed with open resource and used based on QGIS platform. Among other things, these tools are free to use and users can manipulate them in a graphic user interface.
3. Establish a website to introduce this project and related models and develop HydroBanks for models entrance. HydroBanks concludes the models, leads user to select a proper option to use the individual model. Users don’t have to worry about the installation, the environment or the computing resources.
4. Rebuild the environment of GPU Server, intall the related models and plugin and devolop website for RESED and SRH-2D to assign job to GPU server. A web display environment is also developed for displaying. The total solution including a web user interface to hand out simulating job to the server and visualization system to present the simulation results can help users a better computing resources allocation.
5. Integrate the hydrological and hydraulic analysis system with the results of this project.
To achieve the above proposes, we use QGIS, Python, PyQGIS, Qt, PyQt to develop the related plugin, and use wordpress, openlayers, CesiumJS, postgreGIS to develop the websites.
