為使阿公店水庫各項水工機械(電)、電氣設備及附屬設備 能保持功能正常及運轉順暢，擬委託具專業經驗之公司（機構）辦理定期維護管理及保養，借重專業廠商之經驗，配合各專業技師及技術人員執行設備檢查、維護、保養及操作，確保 管理中心設備全年可正常操作運轉，爰辦理「112年度阿公店水庫水工機電設施及控制系統定期檢修維護」計畫(以下稱為本計畫)。其相關成果請參見各項設備保養、維修、操作作業檢查表。 本計畫年度保養項目按照「計畫執行進度表」執行，並且將各項設備保養、維修及操作過程，其相關成果請參見第四章，並作為後續追蹤與擬定建議改善方針參考指引。

AbstractThe maintenance of the hydro-mechanical equipment depends on sufficient repairing experience. Furthermore, the strictly operation control and specialized technology will implement valid achievement. Through the specialized inspection and maintenance repairs, the whole facility structure of the system will work normally and ensure the safe condition for hydro-mechanical equipment. Due to the lack of manpower for maintenance and repairing, we have difficulty in executing the policy. Therefore we outsourced professional companies to provide specialized inspection, maintenance repairs and emergency support. Such a cooperative implementation will reach the goal of keeping equipment running smoothly, water supply unhindered and safeguard the function of the reservoir by reducing the unexpected situations. The electromechanical water gate of this reservoir is divided to mechanism, transmission and controller. Each component must be inspected and maintained regularly, and also the preliminary operation must be practically examined. On the whole, the following will be requested: -Rust preventive on the water gate-Lubricating the steel wire robes regularly and checking if any flaw-Assuring the motor of cable operated lifting device normal start and cease without different sound-Lubricating the transmission wheeling regularly and keeping a normal rotating situation- Keeping the cresset of the protective device and controller box for the water gate display normallyThe electro-mechanical equipment works stably. We merely plan to replace some generators next year. Meanwhile, the emergency power supply system and the facility in reservoir area will be assessed precisely.So far, the electro-mechanical equipment of the water gate works normally. In future, we plan to reinforce all details according to the proposal in order to make sure the security of equipment and staffs.
