圖書典藏及影音數位平台

為擴大美濃溪上游段在地滯洪推動計畫，本計畫建置了公私溝通平台，協調跨部會政策競合及蒐集農民意見，並辦理說明會及座談會以達推廣之目的。另外，延續前期計畫之監測設備並配合架設臨時水尺，讓農民在滯水歷程時可同時紀錄水深，以檢討在地滯洪成效。再透過影片拍攝紀錄美濃農村客家風情環境景觀、美濃在地滯洪作業、座談會、溝通說明會及交流活動等，透過媒介傳播，擴大推廣渲染效果。今年度參與在地滯洪者共有73.6公頃，共計88人，經歷4場滯水操作，配合意願頗高，且皆有明顯成效，如颱風事件可望降低美濃橋水位0.11~0.16公尺，削減美濃溪流量1.7~2.39cms。

In order to promotion the on-site flood detention plan in the upper reaches of Meinong Creek, this project establishes a government-citizen communication platform to coordinate each different ministerial policies competition and collect farmers’ opinions. And also conduct briefings and symposiums to do the promote.In addition, using the monitoring equipment of the previous project and temporary water gauges, farmers can record the water depth during the water detention process to review the effectiveness of on-site flood detention. Then we record the Hakka-style landscape, local flood detention operations, symposiums, communications and activities, etc. by video, and spread it to the media to expand the promotion work.This year, there are 88 people participated in on-site flood detention project with a total of 73.6 hectares. They have experienced 4 times farmland detention operations. They are highly cooperate and this project have obvious results. In the event of a typhoon, the water level of Meinong Bridge is expected to be reduced by 0.11~0.16 meters, and the flow rate of Meinong Creek is expected to be reduced by 1.7~2.39cms.
