(一)臺南大湖由玉峰堰取水並經由長約13.6公里之引水管路引水蓄存於169公頃之人工湖區,於高濁度(濁度>3,000NTU)狀況下不取水,引水量為6.0秒立方公尺,增加操作規線條件下,供水潛能為8.5萬CMD。(二)臺南大湖供水標的為工業用水,由淨水場處理後經送水管路至南部科學園區。(三)臺南大湖可行性評估規劃1、人工湖取水量6秒立方公尺,配置4台800馬力抽水機(3台運作,1台備用) 及1處抽汙泵,每台抽取2.0秒立方公尺之水量。2、本計畫整流槽至人工湖間之引水管線埋設於曾文溪左岸高灘地、防汛道路及少數私有地,採∮2,600毫米之DIP管,總長約13.6公里,引水量為6秒立方公尺,管線埋設主要採明挖覆蓋工法,惟於山上排水出口採設置水管橋;山上區大內橋有多處小型管涵採推進工法及嘉南大圳南幹線渡槽、曾文溪橋及水管橋段,採繞道明挖及推進工法進行埋設管線。3、人工湖分為A、B、C三個湖區,採取並聯蓄水。於湖區東、南側設置進水管線(∮2,600 毫米)及出水管線(∮1,000 毫米),並於人工湖各湖北側設溢流及退水設施,將各湖區溢流或退水量導引至B湖區,集中設置排水路及閘門,經高灘地之退水道將多餘水量排入河道深槽。另規劃於湖區送水至淨水場之導水管線(∮1,000毫米)長約560公尺,由C湖區南側沿環湖道路往西輸送至新設淨水場。4、人工湖位於中、高液化潛勢區,規劃針對液化潛勢較高之區域,於圍堤坡面原採局部置換土石料進行回填夯實,並設置止滑樁,以確保其邊坡之穩定。5、淨水場位址位於C湖區南側之台糖土地上,並規劃管徑1,000毫米送水路管線送水至南科,初步估算淨水及送水設施工程建造成本約為27.1億元。6、經估算臺南大湖建造成本為244.4億元,單位原水成本40.6元。評估益本比為1.05(計入產業關聯效益);淨現值分別為16億3,765萬元。
英文摘要
To anticipate for the rainfall during the wet period without typhoons and reduce the water supply capacity, the water diversion capacity of Tainan Great Lake has been increased from 3.0cms to 6.0cms. The average annual number of days of full storage increases by 41 days/year. The additional benefits of improving water diversion capacity are as follows: increasing the water supply stability of artificial lakes, improving the resilience of regional water resource systems management, reducing the water shortage risks, increasing groundwater recharge, and assisting the semi-brackish water resource utilization system of Zengwen Creek. The planned water intake of this project is 6cms. After the water is drawn from Yufeng Weir, it goes through the intake culvert to the rectifier trough and is connected to the diversion pipeline with a diameter of 2,600 mm. The diversion pipeline is buried below the access road on the left bank of Zengwen Creek and some parts are below the private land. The diameter of the DIP pipe is 2,600m, with a total length of about 13.6 kilometers. The pipeline is used to divert the water into the artificial lake area for storage. The artificial lake is divided into three lake areas (A, B and C). The parallel water storage system is adopted. The total effective water storage capacity is 12 million cubic meters. Furthermore, a water conduit pipeline with a diameter of 1,000 mm (about 560 meters in length) is also planned to convey the water from the south of Lake C along the lakeside road to the west. The water is delivered to the newly established water purification plant. The water purification plant has a daily water production capacity of about 85,000 cubic meters. The water is delivered to Nanke through a water supply pipeline with a diameter of 1,000 mm and a length of about 6.3 kilometers. The construction period of this project is about 5 years. The main construction stages are the pre-construction preparation, the access road construction and the topsoil removal and excavation in the planned area, the installation of anti-sliding piles at the upstream side of Lake A area, excavation of Lake A area, excavation of Lake B area, excavation of Lake C area,
