「110年度高屏溪水系美濃溪河段大斷面測量計畫」辦理隘寮溪及支流美濃溪大斷面測量及高屏溪流域重要橋梁及固床工上下游斷面調查103處,成果作為河道河川警戒水位制定、洪水淹水範圍之水理演算、輸砂、河防構造物規劃設計、河川管理、跨河構造物及固床工安全調查、河床沖淤分析的基本資料。本計畫作業項目包括1. 現場勘查:斷面樁清查結果共計遺失斷面樁 79 支;2.平面控制測量:檢測已知平面控制點7點及引測至斷面樁(含新設斷面樁)105支;3. 高程控制測量:檢測高程平面控制點7點及引測至斷面樁(含新設斷面樁)105支;4.新設斷面椿15支;5.隘寮溪13處大斷面測量;6.支流美濃溪73處大斷面測量;7.重要橋梁及固床工上下游斷面調查103處;8.沖淤情形等分項執行,如期如質完成各項作業。將各項測量作業內容及成果綜整為本計畫成果報告書。經蒐集歷年高屏溪主、支流之河道、重要橋樑及固床工等斷面資料及配合本計畫量測成果,分析比較各大斷面及橋梁、固床工斷面之平均河床高、沖淤深度等,依據河道沖淤分析成果計算河道累積沖淤量。隘寮溪本次測量範圍三地門橋上游河段(斷面132 ~ 斷面144)及美濃溪各河段沖淤量如表 31及表 32及所示。隘寮溪三地門橋上游河段(斷面132 ~ 斷面134)呈現淤積情形,河道平均淤積高度為1.76 m,整體累積沖淤量約為+272萬立方公尺,自102年至今呈現持續淤高趨勢。美濃溪部分,河口至西門橋河段,由105至本(110)年平均沖淤深度,與102至105年之沖淤深度變化比較,由+0.15 m轉為-1.38 m,呈現沖刷情形,該河段河道累積沖淤量約為-119萬立方公尺,由淤積轉為沖刷趨勢;西門橋至無名橋河段105至本(110)年呈現沖刷情形,平均沖刷深度為0.64 m,該河段河道累積沖淤量約為-19萬立方公尺,自102年至今呈現持續沖刷趨勢;無名橋至產業橋河段105至本(110)年呈現沖刷情形,平均沖刷深度為0.28 m,該河段河道累積沖淤量約為-5萬立方公尺,自102年至今呈現持續沖刷趨勢,惟平均沖刷深度已由102至105年間之1.73 m降低至0.28 m;整體而言,美濃溪全河段累積沖淤量約為-143萬立方公尺,河道平均沖刷深度為0.93 m。

The "110-year Gaoping River Water System Meinong River Section Large Section Survey Plan" handled the large section survey of Ailiao River and its tributary, Meinong River, and survey for 103 upstream and downstream sections of important bridges and grade control structures in the Gaoping River Basin. This work serves as the basic data for the water level establishment of the river for warning, the calculation of the water inundation range, the planning and design of sand transportation, river defense structures, river management, the safety investigation of cross-river structures and grade control structures, and the analysis of riverbed erosion and sedimentation.。The project took 7 months to complete all operations. The work items include 1. Site survey: A total of 79 missing cross-section piles were found in the cross-section pile inventory; 2. Plane control survey: Check 7 known plane control points and guides 105 measured piles (including newly-established cross-section piles); 3. Elevation control measurement: detection of 7 elevation plane control points and 105-introduced-to-section piles (including newly-established cross-section piles); 4. Newly established cross-sections Chun 15 branches; 5. 13 large cross-section surveys of Ailiao Creek; 6. 73 large cross-section surveys of the tributary Meinong Creek; 7. 103 surveys of the upstream and downstream cross-sections of important bridges and solid bed workers; 8. Erosion and sedimentation situation, etc. Carry out items by item, and complete all tasks on schedule and in quality. The contents and results of various measurement operations are integrated into this project results report.After collecting historical cross-section data of the main and tributary channels of the Gaoping River, important bridges and fixed bed engineering, and cooperating with the measurement results of this project, analyze and compare the average river bed heights of major sections, bridges and fixed bed engineering sections The depth of erosion and deposition, etc., calculate the cumulative amount of erosion and deposition in the river channel based on the results of the river channel erosion and deposition analysis. Table 29 and Table 30 show the erosion and sedimentation volume of the upstream section of Sandimen Bridge (section 132 ~ section 144) of the Ailiao River in this survey and the river sections of Meinong River. The upstream section of Sandimen Bridge of Ailiao River (section 132 ~ section 134) presents a siltation situation. The average siltation height of the channel is 1.76 m, and the overall cumulative erosion and deposition amount is about +2.72 104m3, which has been present since 102. The siltation trend continues.In the Meinong River section from the estuary to the Ximenqiao section, the average erosion and deposition depth from 105 to this (110) year, compared with the change in the erosion and deposition depth from 102 to 105, changed from +0.15 m to -1.38 m, showing a scour situation. The cumulative amount of erosion and siltation in this section is about -119 104m3, and the trend has changed from siltation to erosion; the section from Ximen Bridge to Wumingqiao showed erosion from 105 to this (110) year, with an average erosion depth of 0.64 m. The accumulative scouring and silting amount of the river section is about 190,000 cubic meters, and it has been scouring continuously since 102. The section from Wumingqiao to Gongyeqiao has shown scouring from 105 to this (110) year, with an average scour depth of 0.28 m. The cumulative amount of erosion and siltation in this section of the river is about 50,000 cubic meters. It has shown a continuous erosion trend since 102. However, the average erosion depth has decreased from 1.73 m between 102 and 105 to 0.28 m; overall, Meinong Creek The cumulative amount of erosion and deposition in the entire river section is about -1.43 104m3, and the average erosion depth of the river channel is 0.93 m.
