台北地區原有防洪工程完成後,因河川沖淤自然演變及人為改變因素造成原疏洪河道雜土堆積、行水區之利用而使其分洪量減小,並有下降河道整體通洪能力之虞。由於過往環境衝擊、氣候及地貌會變異而影響現況台北防洪工程之二重疏洪道分洪情境,故針對二重疏洪道現況通洪能力需重新檢討,模型試驗區由二重疏洪道入口匯流前至下游河口處附近。依照二重疏洪道改善策略,成立本水工模型試驗研究計畫,辦理水工模型試驗來進行探討,冀期將成果提供設計參考暨決策者評估未來因應策略。
英文摘要
After the reconstruction of the flood control project in Taipei area is completed, the natural evolution of river erosion and siltation and man-made changes have caused the accumulation of miscellaneous soil in the Erchong floodway . The use of the flood plain will result in a decrease of flood diversion, and the flood capacity of the river may be reduced.Due to past environmental impacts, changes in climate and landforms, which will affect the current situation of diversion situation at the Erchong floodway in Taipei Flood Control Engineering. The current flood capacity of the Erchong floodway needs to be reviewed. The physical model experiments area is from the entrance of the Erchong floodway to the downstream estuary. In accordance with the Erchong floodway improvement strategy, the plan of physical model experiments was established. The expected results will provide design references and decision makers to evaluate future strategies.
