配合《環境教育法》推動落實環境教育，依據《環境教育法》及「環境教育設施場所認證及管理辦法」等相關規定，辦理寶山第二水庫之水資源保育、自然環境及人文特色課程教學及滾動檢討，藉由環境教育教學，使生態保育及水資源永續經營理念得以傳承，爰辦理本委託服務計畫案。

For the recent years, Northern Region Water Resources Office of Water Resources Agency, Ministry of Economic Affair (WRANB) has been dedicated to water conservancy facility maintenance and water conservation of and around Baoshan Second Reservoir. In order to comply with the “Environmental Education Act”, the office obtained the Environmental Education Field rtification on April 21, 2020. Taking the water conservancy facilities, animals, plants and the natural landscape of and around the Baoer Reservoir as the theme, a variety of curricula that are entertaining and educating are planned. Through the interaction of diverse curricula, students can understand the importance of reservoir water conservation and the role of facilities. The animal and plant species and natural landscapes around the second Baoer Reservoir, with beautiful landscape features, guide the public to care for the reservoir, arouse public attention to water resources conservation and environmental conservation, and let everyone know about the second Baoer Reservoir through environmental education curricula Measures for water conservation, dispatch and stablizing water supply in Hsinchu.This plan is to follow “the Environmental Education Information Management System (EECS system)” to fill in various management matters; and develop 2 sets of environmental education curriculum programs, in order (1) the impact of slope soil and water conservation on reservoir water quality, (2) Different forms of overflow weir and spillway model experiments; and 3 experience activities, in order (1) Comparison of water-saving taps and non-water-saving taps, (2) Soil water permeability experience, (3) To experience the difference in water quality of different heights of water intake towers, the curricula will be planned into the current curricula programs; the autumn and winter ecological survey will be completed in 109, and the animal and plant survey data will be included in the record and research, and provide volunteer partners for reference. In this project, 2 colleagues of WRANB completed the 30+3 hours’ core training curricula of environmental education and applied for environmental education certification, and conducted a “basic training course for WRANB colleagues and volunteers for environmental education”, 2 “advanced training courses for WRANB colleagues and volunteers for environmental education” and 2 “outdoor experiencing workshops of intensive course for environmental education”. A total of 13 new partners were recruited to join the environmental education volunteers of Second Baoshan Reservoir, bringing the total volunteers to 34. Three “teaching and leaning workshops of environmental education curricula programs” were conducted. Senior volunteers led new volunteers, and hold demonstrations, so as to promote proficiency in curricula programs and guide new volunteers into the situation quickly. In the “environmental education promotion activity”, a total of 8 activities were held at Daping Elementary School, Beipu Junior High School, National Hsinchu Girls’ Senior High School, Green Pine Community College and WRANB. In terms of the overall activity satisfaction, 86.8% of the students in elementary and junior high schools (Daping Elementary School, Beipu Junior High School) were satisfied. And more than 96.1% in senior high schools and colleges (Green Pine Community College, National Hsinchu Girls’ Senior High School, WRANB) were satisfied, and more than 97.2% of the attendants were satisfied or very satisfied with the field service. In terms of basic and intensive training for volunteers, there were a total of 5 workshops on teaching and learning and practisingn (18 classes). About the overall curricula satisfication, more than 99.5% volunteers felt satisfied and improved their knowledge and skills on environmental education. In addition, more than 99.6% volunteers were satisfied with the arrangement of their curricula.In the new project of “one-day itinerary of cross-field environmental education curriculum activities in 2020” this year, 2 partners were invited to join in the one-day cross-field itinerary on June 20. The partners were very satisfied and hoped to cooperate more in the future. We assisted in making 30 hats, 35 vests, volunteer certificate for each volunteer person, propaganda items (Beishuoku small kerchiefs) and establishing volunteer mailbox data and LINE groups to help login and manage the service hours of volunteer system. In addition, this project provided information, consulting services and framework planning advice for the environmental education web platform.
