要
一、 本計畫係107~108年跨年度之延續計畫,第二年(108年度)計畫,依據採購法第22條第1項第7款辦理原有採購之後續擴充,得於次年度(108年度)不辦理公開招標,惟承辦本計畫第一年度工作之廠商,所提第一年(107年度)期末工作成果報告需經審查會議評定優良且列入會議結論者,始得延續辦理第二年度工作。
二、 本計畫外業測量調查作業,係依各河段既有大斷面位置(含橋梁上下游斷面)、水理計算之需要及現場河道地形之特殊條件,擇定適當位置及數量進行,相關工作成果符合契約「測量工作規範」之要求。
三、 本年度(107年)計畫辦理工作主要係控制測量、主流防洪及跨河構造物調查、正射影像及數值高程模型製作(主流)、河道縱、橫斷面圖製作(濁水溪主流約321個斷面)等。
四、 本計畫第一階段成果(控制測量)於107年9月25日~10月1日部分驗收合格;第二階段成果(包括河道大斷面測量、河道縱橫斷面圖等)於107年11月28日、29日及12月3日、5日部分驗收合格。
五、 本計畫基樁調查及埋設依契約共埋設斷面樁20處及航標點50處,並以衛星控制點施以GPS靜態測量引測坐標。
六、 本計畫平面控制測量採用內政部TWD-97[2010]坐標系統二、三等衛星控制點18點進行檢測,以GPS衛星定位測量後,經基線計算、網形平差、坐標轉換計算坐標成果後,控制點之各方位角誤差均符合規範20秒以內、邊長距離與原資料反算距離之偏差均符合規範1/10,000之要求。
七、 本計畫高程控制測量採用內政部105年公告「104年臺灣一等水準網水準測量成果」之16點,經以精密電子自動水準儀觀測其間之高程差計算後,往返閉合差之精度均符合不超過7mm (K為水準路線之公里數),作為測區高程推算之依據。
八、 本計畫調查濁水溪主流現有防洪及跨河構造物成果,其中防洪構造物共計堤防及護岸計152.957公里(表8);跨河構造物計26座(表9)。
九、 本計畫正射影像製作成果,濁水溪主流面積約20,015公頃,依本局現有之1/2,000圖幅、1/2,400(配合河川圖籍圖幅)、1/5,000(配合內政部圖幅)進行正射影像分幅後,完成濁水溪主流1/2,000圖幅數量:918幅;1/2,400圖幅數量:574幅;1/5,000圖幅數量:103幅。
十、 本次依數值高程模型(DEM)製作成果,並配合各計畫河段之河川治理規劃報告大斷面位置以及新設斷面樁,進行及完成現況行水區域外河道大斷面圖之地形高程點萃取及繪製工作,其中依契約規定製作河道大斷面數量為321處。經整合本局100年及104年大斷面測設成果差異性後,本年度共完成濁水溪主流341個斷面。
十一、 本次依原治理規劃檢討之各斷面河心累距及實測各大斷面最深點高程繪製河道縱斷面圖。

Abstract
I. IV. The first stage, the project control survey result was part qualified from September 25 to October 1, 2018; the second phase of acceptance (the project includes the river Cross sectioning and river Cross section and Profile picture produce) part qualified on November 28、29 and December 3、5,2018.

VIII. The project investigated the existing flood control and river crossing structures of the Zhuo Shui River, including 152.957 km of flood control structures and dikes (Table 8); and 26 cross-river structures (Table 9).
IX. The Output Digital Elevation Model results, Zhuoshui River mainstream area of about 20,015 hectares, according to the current 1 / 2,000 map, 1/2,400 (with river map), 1 / 5,000 (with the interior of the map) Digital Elevation After the Model framing, the number of mainstream 1/2,000 frames of Zhuoshui River was completed: 918; 1/2,400 frames: 574; 1/5,000 frames: 103.
