圖書典藏及影音數位平台

智慧河川包含前端感測元件之布設、傳輸之物聯網技術評估架設及後端的應用層開發等三部份。其中感測元件布設越密集，且物聯網技術架設越完整，則所獲得之監控資訊越完整，後續應用亦能獲得較高之可信度，但其所需經費亦甚為龐大。故如何在有限經費下建置符合後續智慧河川發展需求與目的之相關系統設備，實為重要議題。 本計畫需盤點四河局現有水文觀測設備、水利構造物及水資源管理資訊，並視智慧河川需求評估規劃後續感測器布設數量及經費，另為確保通訊傳輸品質，則需配合水利署政策整合現有系統及引進物聯網傳輸技術(LPWAN)規劃流域智慧河川通訊網架構，並以本局既有之防汛作業系統(包含濁水溪逕流測預報系統、中央與地方水情及災情監控系統及自動化應變作業與輔助系統等)為基礎，配合「水資源物聯網感測基礎雲端作業平臺」所提供資源與服務規劃與評估本局轄區之河川管理平台智慧化作業，包含系統平台建置之相關需求、架構、功能及各項設備、技術之可行性與經費，達成提供後續系統建置及促進物聯網技術於智慧河川之應用與發展，以利後續流域整體治理、管理及防汛之決策依據。

The smart river includes three parts: the arrangement of sensing elements at the front-end, the assessment and establishment of IoT technology for transmission, and the development of application at the back-end. The more intensive the sensing elements are and the more accomplished the establishment of IoT is, the more complete the monitoring information is and the higher credibility the subsequent application could get but the appropriation needed would also be large. Therefore, this project inventories the current information on hydrometry, hydraulic structures, and water resources management in the watershed to assess the equipment and the system of the layout of field sensors, the framework of communication network, and the smart application of back-end and plans the subsequent implementation schedule with the limited expenditure for the target of automatic Smart Zhuoshui River.
