為加強水庫集水區保育工作，依據行政院核定「水庫集水區保育綱要」規定，各水庫管理機關(構)應彙整研提「水庫集水區保育實施計畫」報核(期程為五年)，目前水利署規劃全國95座水庫按四階段辦理「水庫集水區保育實施計畫」提報，其中一、二階段已完成核定，三、四階段業已規劃於106年至107年1月底陸續完成核定，屆時將每年檢核各水庫集水區保育實施計畫執行成效並依滾動式檢討方式逐年修正各年度執行目標值。

In order to enhance the environmental conservation in the reservoir watershed, the Southern Region Water Resources Office, WRA, MOEA proposed the 2nd stage Conservation Execution Plan in the Reservoir Watershed of Tsengwen, Agondian, and Mudan Reservoirs. The following works proceed in this project: 1. To propose the Conservation Execution Plan in the Reservoir Watershed of the Tsengwen, Agondian and Mudan Reservoirs, which include the 2018 final reports, 2019 proposals, and 1st stage final reports (2016-2018 or 2014-2018). 2. To review the Conservation Execution Plan in the Reservoir Watershed in the area of southern Taiwan. Because the Water Resources Agency (WRA) wants to review the Plan directly, there are no review conferences for the Conservation Execution Plan in the Southern Region Water Resources Office, WRA. 3. To promote the Conservation Execution Plan in the Reservoir Watershed for local Governments. 4. To maintain 2 and establish 1 community-based environment conservation projects, and to assist the Jinshan, Tfuya and Mudan communities applying the projects, which enhance the environment conservation works in the reservoir watershed. 5. To review the Enhancing Environmental Conservation Plan in the reservoir watershed in the area of southern Taiwan. Because local governments did not submit a Plan, there are no review conferences for the Enhancing Environmental Conservation Plan in the Southern Region Water Resources Office, WRA.
