經濟部水利署自民國94年度開始推動臺灣地區溫泉觀測井建置,迄今計有9口觀測井,併同其他單位設置39口觀測井,目前溫泉觀測井網共計有48口持續辦理溫泉水位水質觀測工作,作為溫泉資源分析評估與管理的基礎。目前觀測井皆已採用自計式感測器進行時水位水溫觀測,除金崙觀測井已裝設無線傳輸設備外,其餘仍仰賴人工逐月收錄資料,並藉由人工檢核後彙整至資料庫,過程可能衍生水位水質觀測資料傳遞之即時性不足、缺少資料保存與人工檢核方式的一致性與合理性、水位水質資料時空分布的應用性不足等潛在問題。
溫泉觀測井網持續獲取正確可靠之水位水質資訊,為溫泉資源政策推動及相關研究之基礎。此外,目前無線傳輸技術相當成熟,透過觀測井建置無線傳輸設備,可使溫泉管理工作更為即時與精進,同時降低人工負荷。爰此,成立本委託服務案辦理全台溫泉觀測井無線傳輸設備建置與站體改善之設計作業,並於工程發包後委託執行工程監造。
英文摘要
n this project, we have completed the survey of spring observation wells in different region, including appearance, surrounding environment, well elevation, station style, well depth, water level, PH value. There are total 48 spring observation wells distributed in Taiwan and all of them were finished their basic data in Appendix I. There are 9 spring observation in the Water Resources Agency, MOEA. This project has done the maintenance 6 spring observation wells, camera logging, pumping test and we have chosen 3 wells to build demonstration well stations. These stations have been equipped with wireless transmitters to collect precise water level, temperature, electrical conductivity, PH value in time. In order to get continuously precise data from sites, this plan aims to build up wireless transmission equipments for the remaining wells and check the amount of observation wells. As mentioned earlier, we can review and plan the other 45 wells to equip them wireless transmitters.
The total construction cost for the Water Resource Agency, MOEA (6 station) is approximately NT $ 9 million and 80 hundred thousand.The total construction cost (45 station) is approximately NT $ 53 million and 3 hundred thousand. The spring observation well station is located at tourist area of the local government. However, the above cost does not including the cost about maintenance of well and camera logging, pumping test of the spring observation well. The well condition should be assessed first.
The establishment of a wireless transmission equipment system can effectively improve the redundant monthly work of manually collecting for hot spring water data.
