大里溪(與烏溪匯流口至?子溪、大坑溪改道合流點)河段前次辦理大斷面測量年度為民國104年，考量近年流域內經歷數場颱洪事件，崩塌地、土石潛勢溪流之土石下移至河道內及受人為工程措施影響，河道斷面已有改變，爰本年度再辦理大斷面測量以供評估河床變化情形。 本年度計畫辦理範圍大里溪本流河段，長約17.5公里，計畫範圍位置如圖1。 河道大斷面測量工作因人力技術需求龐大且具專業性，爰將本計畫委託專業技術單位辦理。本計畫將建立河道大斷面、防洪及跨河建造物調查、河道通洪能力檢討及比較分析歷年河道斷面沖淤情形，提供後續河川定性、定量等河性分析研判之重要依據，作為未來河川管理及河川治理規劃措施之參考。

Every year, the Water Resources Agency of the Ministry of Economic Affairs will carry out surveys of cross section for rivers under its jurisdiction. The main purpose is to provide continuous data for rivers under its jurisdiction for related applications in addition to effective management. This is an annual cross section survey case of the 3rd River Management Office, WRA, MOEA, in 2019. The case name is: "Survey project of cross section in mainstream of Dali River". The main survey area: Dali River(from the confluence of Dali River and Wu River to the confluence of Puzi River and Dakeng River).
