圖書典藏及影音數位平台

本計畫透過盤點本局現有水文觀測設備、水利構造物及水資源管理資訊，規劃後續感測器佈設數量及經費；另為確保通訊傳輸品質及配合水利署政策，整合現有系統及引進物聯網傳輸技術，規劃流域智慧河川通訊網架構，並以本局既有之防汛作業系統為基礎，配合「水資源物聯網感測基礎雲端作業平臺」所提供資源與服務，規劃在上開作業平臺建立本局智慧河川管理平台之系統架構、作業方式、所需功能、建置期程及經費等項目，以利後續建置以物聯網為骨幹、大數據分析加值應用為目標之智慧河川管理系統。

The main purpose of this project is the preliminary planning of Lanyang River Basin Management. The main works can be divided into the following five categories: (1) basic investigation and analysis, (2) sensor layout planning and distribution, (3) I ntelle ctual S tream network planning, (4) sensor equipment and communication planning, (5) intelligent river management erational system.The project will take stock of the existing hydrological observation equipment, water conservancy structures and water reso urces management information of the First River Bureau, and plan the follow up and cost of the sensor installation in the Lanyang River Basin, ensure the quality of communication transmission being suitable for the policy of the Water Resources Department, and integrate the existing system with IoT technology.We will plan the framework for I ntellectual S tream which is based on the existing flood prevention operation system of the Bureau. We will also plan the operation platform, operation mode, required fu nctions, construction period and funds. We will make sure the platform will follow the "Water Resources and Materials Network Monitoring Foundation Cloud Operation Platform", in order to facilitate the subsequent construction of the material network as the backbone and big data analysis and value added application.
