為營造再生水友善發展環境，促進水資源永續利用及推動產業發展，爰建立「再生水資源媒合服務平台」與「再生水資源資訊服務平台」，提供整合性再生水使用分布資料，強化資料整合匯流與加值應用，提供產業輔導、宣傳及媒合等資訊服務，配合本計畫推動相關產業發展。
鑒於立法院已於民國104年12月三讀通過「再生水資源發展條例」，賦予廢污水及放流水回收利用的明確法律框架，條例相關授權子法亦於105年11月完成公告，爰需建立「再生水稽核服務系統」之類的輔助系統，藉由互動測試、除錯及回饋，最後再統合相關研究成果，建置「再生水資源管理系統」，提升再生水資源利用效率及使用意願。
為達民國120年每日132萬噸之再生水利用量目標，據以提出我國區域性再生水利用推動藍圖，俾利做為我國長期推動再生水利用之參考依據；另亦將建構通用性用水平衡圖，輔助與規範再生水之開發與使用。
英文摘要
This project has set up a “Reclaimed Water Resource Services Group” to provide the consultancy and technology service of wastewater reclamation promotion for the Water Resource Agency (WRA), Ministry of Economic Affairs. In order to integrate the Reclaimed Water Development Projects in Taiwan, a "Reclaimed Water Resources Integration Service Platform” has been set up. A general version of Water Balance Chart was built to help industry reduce water consumption and reuse wastewater. We continued to update the current status of municipal/industrial wastewater treatment plants in all regions, and traced the progress of wastewater reclamation cases.
