For the purpose to reduce the lose from drought or flood and to promote the river remediation plan, the 3rd River Management Office had executed the plan “The generation of topographic map of the regional drainage supervised by the 3rd River Management Office” in 2007. The plan had accomplished the generation of topographic map and GIS for the drainage of Han river, Nanto river, Tuku river, Liu river, Xiaciaotzetou river, Lui river and Datze drainage. The project this year is to renew the map data of the drainage of Han river, Liu river and Lui river as well as to generate digital map data for Ailiaon river. The content of this project includes relavent map data collecting, aerial photo acquisition, control surveying, orthophoto generation, stereo plotting, overlapping urban planning maps. Furthermore, an App and website are established for the site survey and data management. The aerial control points had been set on June 6th. Aerial photos were taken on June 13th, then the value-added productions such as orthophoto and DEM are generated after aerial triangulation. For App and website, the functions are added to meet the needs of the 3rd River Management Office. Functions build in App are creating new site survey tables, taking on-site photos, positioning on-site and distance measuring. Functions build in the website are data management of site survey, map data, statistic charts and accounts.
