106年度曾文水庫庫區自動泥沙濃度觀測站維護及資料蒐集分析(內附光碟)=Maintenance of Automatic Monitoring System for Sediment Concentration and Measurement Data Analysis of Zengwen Reservoir,2017

為更進一步瞭解曾文水庫入出庫泥砂運移行為,並客觀推估颱洪事件發生之入出庫泥砂總量,及配合防淤隧道排砂工程完工啟用,本局自100年度起開始辦理「曾文水庫庫區泥砂濃度觀測站建置及量測研判分析計畫」至105年度,完成在曾文水庫庫區建置八座自動泥砂濃度觀測站,能即時量測颱風豪雨期間各斷面不同深度之泥砂濃度數值,觀測異重流生成及運移情形,以期能預先提供水庫操作單位有效即時的資訊。
八座觀測站包含庫區內五座,岸上站三座,分別建置於庫區內(1)上游站A14斷面,(2)中游一站A7斷面右岸,(3)中游二站A7斷面左岸,(4)觀景樓站A2斷面,(5)防淤隧道站A1斷面,岸上站(6)取水塔站,(7)溢洪道站,(8)一號導水隧道出口站。自100年度起,歷經16場颱風事件、4場豪雨事件,完整記錄、分析及提供了各場事件水庫的濃度變化歷程,並協助提供水庫排砂量的資訊。茲因曾文水庫目前正積極規劃辦理多項排砂清淤方案,包括取水塔前庭清淤工程預計106年度完成新一期的抽砂工程、新建防淤隧道預計106年度完成啟用及PRO排砂閘門改建等工程完成等,藉由本建置完成的八座觀測站,能提供正確之即時泥砂濃度觀測資料,即時監測庫區前庭清淤工程前後的濃度變化,同時藉由導水隧道站,能精準地計算出PRO排砂閘門改建後,排砂量的提升效果,更重要的是,八座觀測站能提供的泥砂濃度變化,未來是曾文水庫防淤隧道操作排砂時機點時,最重要參考項目。爰此,本計畫的辦理,能確保建置的八站泥砂濃度量測系統有持續完備的維護保養及率定工作,能穩定精準持續提供監測資訊。
英文摘要
In order to further understand the transportation of sediment from Zengwen reservoir and estimate the total amount of sediment entering and exiting the reservoir. So far in Zengwen reservoir area has built eight automatic sediment concentration stations. The sediment releasing tunnel plan will put into formal use in Zengwen reservoir next year. Therefore, catch up with the progress of this year, the new automatic monitoring system for sediment concentration station in the outlet of the sediment releasing tunnel has been completed. To ensure that these eight automated stations to continue operation normally, the regular maintenance and calibration work must not be interrupted. In this way, it can demonstrate the functions of automatic measurement, data collection and real-time transmission during the period of Typhoon.
The main work items for the project has been completed this year that include: (1) maintenance and calibration of sediment concentration monitoring systems; (2) observation and analysis data of the typhoon incidents; (3) review the effectiveness of existing 8 stations; and (4) according to the contract to present all the reports. This year has been completed as required, 10 times the equipment maintenance and 4 times calibration of equipment.
According to the standard procedures, the observing unit, transmission unit, power system and display system at each station should be properly maintained and calibrated each time to ensure that the system operates correctly. During the typhoon season of this year, four stationing and observation operations were conducted. During the 0602 extremely heavy rain event, the reservoirs discharged more than 450,000 tons of slurry and were judged as light density flows. It’s the largest single slurry discharge event this year. This year also completed the initial report, two interim reports and final reports, and is expected to complete the results report on December 10.
