阿公店水庫越域引水路自民國94年9月完工後，曾於民國100年及101年進行隧道水利建造物之檢查作業，並於104年度辦理前次檢查成果複核檢查作業。複核檢查發現引水路里程9K+830處仰拱有一60cm高之突起混凝土坡(101年度已發現)，且其下游40公尺區段左右側壁均有裂縫，開裂寬度以右側(2cm)較為嚴重，另頂拱與左上側壁局部有混凝土剝落與鋼筋外露之異狀，另左側壁於里程9K+838處有一突出混凝土塊寬1.8m、高2.0m，頂拱自9K+830~9K+870存在一裂縫。 有鑑於阿公店水庫越域引水路係水庫自旗山溪越域引水之重要通道，為維水庫正常之運轉操作，實有必要辦理引水路9K+830~9K+870異狀之調查，包括襯砌影像與襯砌背後狀態調查等，並依據調查成果辦理復建之設計，考量引水路調查與設計工作涉及土木、水利、地質及大地等相關專業知識及儀器設備，及考慮本局現有人力，擬依政府採購法第二十二條第一項第九款及相關子法之規定，委託國內專業廠商(以下稱乙方)辦理，以確保引水路水利建造物安全無虞。

「Agongdian Reservoir Transbasin Waterway」brings in plentiful water from Qishan river. It uses the existing Erren ditch and Yuantanzi tunnel, and the transbasin waterway to bring into Agongdian Reservoir to solve water problem. The transbasin waterway did tunnel inspection during 2011~2012 and recheck in 2015. The previous inspection discovered several significant abnormalities in the range of sta. 9k+830~9k+870. The supplementary investigation and tunnel repair design in the range are carried out to ensure the safety of Agongdian Reservoir Transbasin Waterway. This project is proceeded in 3 stages: (1) Supplementary investigation and repair suggestion; (2) Tunnel repair design; and (3) Assistance of bidding. Stage 1 contains tunnel lining image scanning and abnormality interpretation, crack width and depth measurement, concrete subsurface investigation, corrosion of reinforce measurement, drilling core sampling of invert concrete, and mineral content analysis of mudstone; Stage 2 contains design drawings, construction specification, construction budget and analysis; Stage 3 contains the tender document. The inspection result reveals that the abnormalities at sta. 9k+830~9k+870 of Agongdian Reservoir Transbasin Waterway may affect the operation. So, the repair work and monitoring system are required, to achieve the maintenance of the life-cycle of tunnel.
