圖書典藏及影音數位平台

整合本局轄管範圍各項環境數值影像及向量圖資，擴充既有之三維網際網路地理資訊系統(3D WebGIS)及應用資料庫，另配合本局業務需求辦理必要之整合及維護作業，並介接水利署水利共享平台服務，以達資源共享並提供後續研究探討與展示應用之目的。

This is a five-year project about integrate of map data and maintain system for the Southern Water Resource Bureau, Agency of the Water Resources, Ministry of Economic Affairs (WRASB). This project will update database and expand GIS system and maintain the server with the business requirements. It includes updating the government’s environment maps, telemetry images, reservoir deposition surveying data and the integration of information systems services. Enhancing the service richness, convenience and practicability of the three-dimensional Internet geographic information system services is the effective provision of the WRASB for the project planning, land managements and other reference information. The database update includes reservoir deposition surveying data of Tsengwen, Mudan Reservoir and Agongdian Reservoir in 2015, as well as Tsengwen Reservoir’s catchment management, satellite monitoring plan and the transbasin water diversions project. Information system and web service optimize the load speed of layer group, update the different periods of cross-section in reservoir , APP photo service, status of project execution and other functions to expand , then connect to GEE map service to complete the cadastral map and high analysis of satellite image; A mobile APP system integrate of estate information services and provide data query and view upload photo; Other services include map output, business information connect to space point, photo information and GIS technical support. In order to strengthen the practical use of the center personnel and achieve the purpose of technology transfer, the project will promote the effectiveness of platform integration through education and visit. Then the overall satisfaction survey of education and training this year was 90.0%, which indicated that the WRASB was highly positive about the service platform and training courses. Therefore, the project will provide a one-year warranty for maintenance under the information system development precautions can improve the service quality and safety on the platform.
