為使本署執行一般性海堤區域周遭海岸環境情勢調查時能有可依循的作業方式及一致性的調查成果品質，本計畫將進行海岸情勢調查作業參考手冊(草案)研擬。首先探討臺灣海岸生態環境特性，進行台灣地區海岸環境類型分類，以利就各類型生態環境特性建立海岸情勢調查執行流程、調查項目、調查內容、成果分析、環境評估及資料保存等。透過高雄及屏東海岸情勢調查案例執行，以驗證研擬成果可操作性，並據以研擬「海岸情勢調查作業參考手冊(草案)」，供本署辦理海岸情勢調查作業時參酌。
英文摘要
Based on the ideal of “Coastal environmental sustainable development
programs” and coordinated with “Sustainable regeneration of costal
environment” comes form Water Resources Agency (WRA), the project
investigates environmental information on management, maintenance,
improvement, and planning regarded to seawalls governed by WRA.
Moreover, in order to implement further coastal situation survey on general
seawall governed, as well as consistent quality of output between analysis
results, the “Handbook of Coastal Situation Investigation (Draft)” was
compiled in this annum.
