為確保集集攔河堰之永續經營與長期營運管理及資料數位化等管理需求.以解決營運初期所辦理傳統測量作業對於環境變化資訊無法及時提供之瓶頸，並得以獲得可接受精度之量測數據與航空攝影照片等，以協助提供更快速及時環境與河道變遷之數位資訊與影像，並利用地理資訊系統之建置，將歷年所蒐集之衛星影像及相關測量等資料做有系統整理、建置與比對分析等。

To the sustainable management of the JiJi Weir, Central Region Water Resources Office, Water Resources Agency, Ministry of Economic Affair, has collected the environmental data for long-term change detection of river environment information around the JiJi Weir since it was operated formally in 2002. The environmental data includes topographic survey, cross-section of river, satellite image, etc. Central Region Water Resources Office started to execute “JiJi Weir aerial surveying and geographic information system development project” from 2007 to 2008, and digitized the environmental changes of satellite images and other data during the operation period. To consist with the requirement of overall operational management, Central Region Water Resources Office expanded the aerial photogrammetry range of commissioned projects from 2009 to 2013. The project has been completed twice a year of aerial surveying from 2007 to 2013. In this year, the range of aerial surveying is expanded from 8,000 hectares to 16,000 hectares. Central Region Water Resources Office completed the productions include orthophotos, topographic maps, DEMs, cross-section and profiles, H-A-V calculation, water storage capacity calculation, GIS system data updated and Skyline 3D GIS establishment. Moreover, in this year airborne LiDAR was executed in the project. The results of scanning could be used to produce DEM in one meter resolution. The procedures of execution are listed in the report of this year in detail.
