圖書典藏及影音數位平台

本局「業務資訊服務網」提供資訊整合、單一簽入之便捷服務，各表單線上申請及管理、緊急應變小組系統、水情資訊系統、無線檔案傳輸管理系統、會議行事曆管理系統，已成為常態例行且不可缺少之作業平台；另「全球資訊網」兼負本局機關介紹、業務介紹、水情資訊、為民服務、政府資訊公開、公民參與、全民督工…之功能，確保本局「業務資訊網站及全球資訊網站」穩定運作，實為維持本局業務執行與推動上之所必須，爰編「104年度業務及全球資訊網站維護及功能擴充」計畫。

The project for Southern Region Water Resources Office, WRA, MOEA includes "Internal Operating Service Website" and "World Wide Web". Internal Operating Service Website provides the convenient system integration functions including single sign on authentication, online application form and management, emergency response team system, hydrologic information system, file transfer management system, conference calendar management system etc.. This system has become an important and essential platform for our routine work.World Wide Web Service provides the content including Organizational structure and service introduction, hydrological information, public service, government disclosure information, citizen participation and supervision etc.. The project of Southern Region Water Resources Office is mainly to ensure these systems operating smoothly and can provide better services to the public. During the project implementation period, our main task is to deliver the maintenance and feature enhancement of the system from every division, in order to raise the administrative efficiency. In addition, to upgrade the Windows Server 2008 operating system and transfer the system using new platform for WWW service is another key of our project. By implementing this project, Southern Region Water Resources Office has reached its mission of increasing public service promotion and administrative efficiency. Also, we have provided comprehensive, high-interaction of water resources knowledge and other river information ... to the public awareness and affirmation of the Southern Region Water Resources Office. Through our new functional revamped, the intuitive user interface and latest share information can allow public to aware the water conservation knowledge and promote their willingness to participate in environmental protection. Because of the awareness of this concept, people could eventually close to the water, to protect it, to cherish it, and to fulfill the mission of water protection and adequate for the public.
