圖書典藏及影音數位平台

本署擬發展「疏濬作業數位化管理系統」，提出符合河川局轄管河川區域內疏濬工區疏濬作業之運作模式，並透過數位科技對人車進行有效管理，同時本署及各河川局可透過網際網路於管理系統中即時取得現場最新之數據，期以最少又最有效的人力運用，同時進行多區段疏濬作業管理工作。本署亦可透過此一平台即時取得目前各河川局疏濬作業執行現況，並以數位儀表版之展示方式，讓各項資訊一目了然，進一步達到資訊流通及提高業務執行效率之目的。

The Water Resources Agency (WRA) is responsible for the management and dredging operation of rivers administrated by the central government. The dredging operation and related works are complex and the WRA cannot manage the whole process effectively by its current human resource. To improve the operation efficiency of dredging tasks, this project of Streamlined Dredging Management System had been conducted to establish the environment with operation standards, data exchange format, and enhanced software and hardware. The project team had interviewed with local agents regarding the procedures at each dredging sites, and collect the suggestions and information from workers for later considerations on system design. The system includes three management stages: the site, the local river management office, and the WRA. The management system at the site provides functions and tools to control and monitor the entrance security, dredging amount, traffic signals, and CCD camera. The information form the site is transmitted back to the local management office and WRA in real time manner. The management system for the local office includes tools to manage each dredging sites, and provides platform for data exchange and search regarding the basic info of contractors and areas. The system for WRA equips functionality of data statistics and report generation, providing the managers to obtain the latest status of dredging sties. The Dredging Management System and the operation procedures were tested at the 4th Management Office, and a learning course of the system was conducted in this project. Through the advanced technology from Internet and wireless network, the management system provides the WRA an efficient tool to control and monitor the dredging sites and operations. Because of the non-stop and real-time management, the WRA therefore can achieve a better status of dredging management. All information is collected and displayed at one system, saving the time and effort on data exchange and request. The project has greatly enhanced WRA’s capability on dredging management.
