目前本署與所屬10個河川局及代管淡水河管理業務之新北市政府、基隆市政府及桃園縣政府等3個縣市政府，其河川排水及海堤管理業務承辦人員，運用本系統執行相關查報、管理、監督等業務，本系統為Web Application，伺服器則置於本署，使用者則以IE瀏覽器操作系統功能，為使本系統運轉順利符合最新規定，本（103）年度爰針對本系統改版上線後與相關之公文系統、河川巡防車衛星定位系統及公地圖籍系統進行資料匯轉或整合，以減少承辦人於辦理業務時，需同時開啟不同系統作資料查詢或登打之重複工作，且不同系統間之資料無法關聯，應進行相關系統整合，使承辦人更能提昇效率並便於管理。
英文摘要
The plan coordinates the handled business program requirements of Water Resources Agency and fully grasps and oversees business execution results of the river area, drainage facility range, seawall area under the management of River Management Office, responds to security and control of river management information, enhances and improves system functionality and effectiveness, strengthens the system management interface, and integrates statistics, management and tracking service, to achieve resource sharing, to enhance use efficiency.
