圖書典藏及影音數位平台

本局歷年來為穩定南部地區供水需求，進而規劃並興建整治與改善相關水資源工程計畫，各工程計畫規劃及執行所產出之資料，如預算資訊、工程規劃圖、工程設計圖、資料庫、或是工程計畫查證現拍照片等，皆具有豐富的參考價值，但目前尚未能整合管理，本計畫擬以知識管理之觀念，蒐整歷年來工程圖文資料，期能進一步改善工程的品質或提出創新方法，發揮知識累積之運用價值。 本計畫將建置知識圖文檢索系統，將本局已掃描完成之各項工程圖檔及文件，系統化的匯入，並串接或同步更新水利署工程或計畫類之管理系統於本平台資料庫內，提供完整之圖文檢索系統檢索與後台管理功能，且針對本所各中心及各課室歷年來之工程圖文資料做盤點，依據其盤點結果得以規劃未來持續營運之內容。

Lots of complicated Information that provided by the project planning and execution plan outputting, including text information, reports, budget books, the design and construction photos with extensive reference value. For the good preservation of the great information and well integration, this project build the system with the concept of knowledge management, and provide the search function which over the years relation to the plan, engineering and operations management and also the knowledge graphic retrieval system. Enable to effective management to use of information, promote efficiency and resource sharing, and also the cumulative value of knowledge using. In response to downloading the results of each plan and other relevant information that saved in other systems of Water Resources Agency, this system provide one time search function, through single sign-on, all users can directly connected to the Water Resources Agency set of Library and Information management system project and commissioned to do the get the files and look for the information that they need, in this case, users are time-saving and convenience.. During the planning stages of the implementation process, in addition to the review reports, we also held three working meetings in accordance according to the actual demand and a number of discussion meetings with the organize to discuss the progress in implementing the plan and direction, and held training courses to apply after the completion of system development, as of the end of stage on schedule in line with the progress of jobs. The subsequent meetings will be adjusted according to the plan views of the development program, and continue to maintain the system’s operation and warranty issues, implementation of projects in this plan has been completed, provides effectively reaching of data collection, sharing and reusing of benefits.
