由於東港至林邊溪之間,因屬地層下陷區,自民國70年以來便陸續興建各項保護工程,並不斷加高海堤,且沿線興築離岸堤,預定進行塗家厝以南至林邊溪以北之海岸基本資料調查,以瞭解本段海岸變遷現況,提供未來擬定海岸防護對策參考之依據。
福安宮以南景觀道路海側灘地102年已興建景觀道路坡面工護岸,並拋放護坡塊做為基礎保護工,而四重溪河口區與福安宮以南海岸相連結,因當地民眾相當關心當地海岸線侵蝕問題及防護工程效果,第1年度將進行相關調查,瞭解本海岸段保護工施做後之海岸變遷情形與四重溪河口之沙洲變遷機制,評估河口減淤對濕地(屬地方級濕地)生態之影響,以做為相關防護與河口減淤措施之依據參考。
英文摘要
Project covers Sihjhong river wetland, according to collect the natural ecology, social and cultural information, Sihjhong river wetland is rich, contain fish, protected birds species endemic to Taiwan, physical development, however, may impact to the local ecosystem, phenomenon of irreversible. Sihjhong river estuary surrounding land use situation in farmland and fish farm, for the most common, if engineering development after the introduction of water, soil salt water intrusion, soil salinization, will affect the local farming and finally accelerate the local land use change, change the local industry, landscape, etc.
Sihjhong river estuary coast of the actual changes with numerical simulation results, the comprehensive judgment is in the typhoons for a long time, the sand bar is likely to be made. And this area in 2011 by the Ministry of the Interior Construction Department has important wetland assessment for local, if the estuarine sedimentation reduction engineering, prior evaluation of influence on wetland reserve. So the improvement strategy in Sihjhong river erosion and sedimentation sandbar, preliminary suggestions still maintain the status quo.
Toe scour at landscape road of north shore protection, because of directly facing the waves impact erosion effect, should give priority to in order to strengthen the toe protection work, now can be according to the results to improve the range of about 150m. Sihjhong river north of tidal barrier of Fuangong front-end coast, the protection wall damage cause should adopt approximate vertical type, leading to scouring damage, countermeasures is breakwater should be changed into the mild-slope type, in order to maintain its stability at the same time, should be gradually outward from a smaller particle size of core into a size larger block can be showed to improve the range of about 300m.
