英文摘要
This project aims to provide assistance to the agents at the River Management Office and river patrols by allowing them to use mobile devices (tablet PC or mobile phones) to search for the information (including case descriptions and images) on the affairs, and the information necessary for site survey like maps in relation to their locations. This improves the past operation procedure where they should acquire the relevant information and print it out on paper to carry it along before going out to the sites to survey with. With the tablet PC in hand, the agents at the River Management Office and river patrols at the field are able to pull out the relevant information and reference images and data to aid in their site survey and for preliminary determination. They perform the investigation in the cases on site and make text reports and photo uploading instead of writing on paper and photo taking on site which had been practiced; they can input it into different systems when they return to the office, and do the administrative chores like photo uploading and editing.
