在「供水」的課題上，過去傳統水源開發導向已轉為整合性水資源經理 (Integrated Water Resources Management)，在規劃階段，對於供給面之水源開發方式更為多元，並增加考量需求面之各項方案，同時考慮各方案間之競合，因此水資源供需方案之系統分析更具複雜性、不確定性、相關性與動態性，故整合性水資源經理方案模擬與決策模式實有需要，用以評估諸多方案單獨與同時加入現況水資源系統之產出效益，優選較佳之投資組合方案，以滿足缺水事件時之供水需求。
英文摘要
This is the last year of a three-year project. The purpose of this project is to develop a decision analysis tool that considers the characteristics of both short- and long-term plans and to determine an optimal combination scheme with minimum expected costs among numerous combination schemes under information uncertainty for water-supply risk management in the future. Using Yilan and Hsinchu as the study cases this year, a decision model based on stochastic programming with recourse (SPRDM) was used to analyze the optimal combination scheme for the target year, 2031.
