本計畫主要工作內容為結合當前災害防救重大課題，結合專業知識與經驗開發專業課程與流程，以充分達到經驗傳承與世代交流之目的，爰擬委託廠商協助本署辦理加強經濟部、本署及各直轄市、縣（市）政府相關人員防汛值勤作業人員應變專業教育訓練，並配合相關部會辦理防汛教育訓練及宣導，協助本署蒐集及準備相關資料，以及協助本署辦理講座人員教育訓練相關事宜等。

According to Disaster Prevention and Response Act of Article 25, governments at all levels have to do disaster prevention and protection education, training and publicity. In order to strengthen personnel’s professional competence of disaster emergency response to global climate change, Water Resources Agency had to set professional training syllabus, edit basic training materials, and then hold educational training for flood control. In addition, Water Resources Agency also tried to develop multiple instructional methods, such as instructional media and design, in order to enhance public awareness and concern of the importance of disaster prevention issues. The teaching field in Tung-Si-Gang Community also provides a place to show the disaster prevention and response innovative concepts, as well as hardware and software about disaster prevention technology. Therefore, main tasks of this program are combined with not only the major issue of the current disaster prevention and relief, but also expertise and experience. In order to fully achieve the purpose of experience exchange, educational training for flood control in civil service system was held. As for public promotion, the interactive multimedia lesson plan, promotion activities, educational environment planning for water disaster prevention and so on, all have been completed.
