The main purpose of this project research is to develop a three-dimensional and high-precision hydrodynamic model to simulate the complex flow conditions in urban area drainage systems during high-intensity rainfall. The numerical model is also to combine with the distributed multi-point automatic monitoring equipment and revetment stabilization mode to monitor the vulnerable segments of thedrainage syste,s. In this year’s project, De-shang River in Hukou, HsinChu is chosen as the study site to install automatic monitoring equipment. The pore water pressure inside the revetment and water levels was successfully recorded during Typhoon Kong-rey. In addition, the use of hand-held radar velocimetry can recored the surface water velocity which can be used to estimate thhe discharge later. The measurements of surface flow velocity anf water levels agree well with the numerical simulations. In terms of the vulnerability analyis in De-shang River drainage, two sites damaged in 610 flooding diasater last year were adopted as examples to ckeck the maximum shear stress applied by water flows and the stability of revetments due to the differences between the water levels in channels and groundwater levels inside the revetment. The results show that failure of the revetments of the two sites in 610 flooding disatster may be due to their delapidatedness and poor-mentainess. In this year, the maximum shear stress applied by water flows during Typhoon Kong-rey was far less than the peak shear stress of 610 flood disaster, so there is no damage to the revetments. In revetment stability analysis, the toppling and siliding calculation show the safety and stability of the revetments, but the water flows may still damage the revetments in certain curcumstances.
全文描述和摘要
經濟部水利署水利規劃試驗所與國立交通大學合作,旨在開發都會區區排護岸安全的分佈式監測與分析模式。本研究開發高精度三維水理模式,以解析高強度降雨後的複雜流況,並結合自動化監測設備及護岸穩定模式,監測脆弱河段。
研究選定新竹德盛溪排水為示範點,安裝TDR位移計、孔隙水壓計、水位計等監測設備,並利用手持雷達波推估流量,數據透過3G即時上傳雲端。康芮颱風期間,成功記錄水位與孔隙水壓,顯示護岸排水良好。
三維水理模式經2012年610水災及2013年颱風事件驗證,模擬結果與現場量測數據吻合。脆弱度分析顯示,德盛溪部分河段在610水災時,可能因水流剪應力過大或溢堤導致護岸破壞。研究強調短時間高強度降雨是護岸破壞主因,並建議建立護岸資料庫、提升監測頻率及發展即時預警架構。
