圖書典藏及影音數位平台

整合本局轄管區域範圍各項環境數值圖資(包括影像圖資及向量圖資)，擴充既有之三維網際網路地理資訊系統(3D WebGIS)應用資料庫，並配合本局業務需求辦理必要之整合及維護作業，納入既設之三維網際網路地理資訊系統平台，以提供後續研究探討及績效展示應用，並於水利署水利共享平台之3D WebGIS系統完成擴充功能時，同步移置本計畫系統內，以達資源共享之目的。

Abstract Southern Region Water Resources Office WRA(WRASB) since 2010.Dec. execute 「three-dimensional Web geographic information system(3D WebGIS) building plan」system platform transplant from WRA, including data and application. For reach the reservoir sustainable using of the target, the project has already started handing to maintain the system in 2012(That was the first year of the five-year plan ) , expansion the application database of the existing 3D WebGIS, and assort with WRASB business needs for maintenance and development application functional into system platform, provide investigate and demonstrate the application of performance, and also achieve resource sharing and achievement demonstration. The scope of this project to data collected region is whole Taiwan region, with a three-dimensional GIS maintenance plan to update by Water Resources Agency at the same time, particular focus the WRASB region to collect data with raster and vector data of the river administered by central government and reservoir for used in the business. It will provide the business applications after the formatting process into the system database. (Vector data updated results of the current year includes the five important reservoir catchment area delineated in the Republic 102 years , river range line and frame of the main river within the scope of WRASB jurisdiction , potential mudslide streams , water resources facilities map data etc. Images and digital elevation data include 12 orthophotos, it is contain Nan-Hua reservoir, Tseng-Wen reservoir and Mu-Dan reservoir. Aspects of satellite images collected a total of 16 images of Tseng-Wen reservoir. Aspects of DEM collected a total of 5 data of Tseng-Wen, A-Kong-Tien and Mu-Dan reservoir. It has been incorporated into the system database after formatting process.) Aspects jobs of web functional development, has completed the development of map data to apply functional mechanism on the front and back pages. Users can download or interface with the results of the required map data and services by the application platform, as map data distribution platform. Has completed the whole web interface update and revision of the version meet users’ needs. The goal is to make web services and content at a glance, helps to increase the use of related systems. Aspects jobs of system functional development, except synchronized transplant for New system features with a three-dimensional Geographic Information System Maintenance Plan of WRA. Gradually integrated database by service publishing and service interfacing. It will help to improve the effectiveness of programs avoid duplication build the data. So to complete many service interfacing of the year, it include the groundwater level stations in Taiwan database service interfacing with WRISP and functional development, Nationwide house address location services interfacing with TGOS , Google Street View Image services etc. And Provides related services for assets division of WRASB. Because it requires a higher standard of computer equipment to used three-dimensional Geographic Information System, cause not effectively enhance the overall program effectiveness. So meet users’ needs to complete the development of lightweight system building operations on Google earth, and held a meeting to discuss the work unplanned during the period of the plan implementation, and have conducted system training courses in October 31 and November 1 of this year, and continue to provide system operation and warranty, expect to be able to enhance the effectiveness of business applications.
