英文摘要
The goal of this analysis is to understand the aquatic ecology and habitat change in Qishan River after typhoon Morakot, and to set up the decision information for the water resources development and operation. Firstly, the work includes basic data collection, river investigation, analysis, and evaluation of river ecology, and comparison with the past river investigation data. Then, it investigates and analysis of aquatic ecology and habitat change. Finally, it make the suggestion for the water resources development and the relative planning, design in Qishan River.
