阿公店水庫因集水區的地質因素，自民國42年水庫開始運轉以來，每年約有50萬立方公尺之淤砂量淤積於庫底，影響庫容。民國86年起辦理「阿公店水庫更新工程計畫」，進行水庫浚渫清淤標高40公尺以下泥砂1,160萬立方公尺，庫區有效容量回復至1,837萬立方公尺，並改建溢洪管及灌溉管，實施空庫防淤操作以大量減少洪水時之沉滓落淤，以永續維持水庫之有效容量。然在水文、地文、泥砂運移等因素均具有相當高不確定性的情況下，需要更深入的了解阿公店水庫更新改善工程完工後水庫空庫防淤操作的成效。本計畫的目的藉由現場量測與水庫泥砂運移模式的分析，了解泥砂運移及淤積分布，評估防淤成效，並研擬管理策略，作為後續推動提升阿公店水庫空庫防淤效率之參考依據。
英文摘要
Due to the geological condition, 500,000 m3 sediment were deposited in the storage area of Agondian Reservoir since its operation in 1953. A reservoir renewal project was started in 1997. 1.16 Mio. m3 deposited sediment were removed during the project period so that the effective storage capacity was restored to 18.37 Mio. m3. Spill shaft as well as irrigation tube were also reconstructed for reservoir empty flushing operation. Then it is necessary to realize the desiltation efficiency because the high uncertainty of hydrological, geological conditions and sediment transport process. This objective of this research is to try to evaluate the empty flushing efficiency and analyze the spatial distribution of sediment through field survey and numerical modeling. The results will be referred to desiltation efficiency promoting and management strategy.
