依據99年度本署辦理機關學校節水競賽評比成效顯示，因應各得獎單位皆因內部實施管線查修檢漏的工作及運用其他替代水源(雨水貯留)，使得節水成效顯著。 為使機關學校提高漏水之警覺，除加強教育宣導，呼籲定期檢查供水管線、儲水(蓄水)設備及各項衛生設備是否漏水，因此本署將優先針對地層下陷區(彰化、雲林)及離島地區(澎湖)提供漏水問題解決管道並協助機關學校節水檢漏輔導服務，避免浪費珍貴水資源。

According to the “2008~2012 Active Promoting Water Saving Program” which set by Executive Yuan, the current target is reinforce and audit the result of water-saving measures in institutions and schools. In order to remind industries to face up the water leaking issues, this year, Water Resources Agency invited governmental organizations and schools to be the consulting unit to provide them leaking examination and repair techniques services. For continuously upgrading water-saving performance, strengthening leakage improvement of institutions and schools, this year the agency counseling targets were set on government agencies and schools. Foundation of Taiwan Industry Service (FTIS) completed 37 cases of the sanitary equipments and 6 cases of underground pipelines with detection and repair that could help the units to reduce the exact leakage and improve the domestic water-using efficiency. The achievement of this year is summarized as follows: 1. Established the government agencies and schools Real-time Leakage Notification Mechanism and the Standard Operation Procedures of Leak Detection. Summarized the causes of water leak and provided technical improvement suggestions. 2. Completed 37 cases of sanitary equipments(toilet, urinal, water tanks, water taps and other devices) of the government agencies and schools for the water leak detection and repair. The water-saving was 36.7 thousand tons/year, the total water-saving rate was 9.3%. 3. Completed 6 cases of underground pipelines water leak detection and repair of the government agencies and schools. The water-saving was 110.3 thousand tons/year, the total water saving rate was 40.7%.

經濟部水利署推動「加強機關學校檢漏防漏計畫」，旨在響應行政院節水政策，提升機關學校用水效率。計畫鎖定地層下陷的彰化、雲林及離島澎湖地區，提供衛生設備與地下管線的檢漏及維修改善技術服務。 本年度共完成37案衛生設備查漏與維修，節水量達3.7萬立方公尺/年，總節水率9.3%；另完成6案地下管線查漏與維修，節水量11.0萬立方公尺/年，總節水率40.7%。此外，計畫也建立自主檢漏標準作業程序及即時通報機制，有效協助受輔導單位防治漏水，合理運用水資源，展現具體節水與經濟效益，逐步落實水資源永續經營。
