聯合大地工程顧問股份有限公司承辦經濟部水利署北區水資源局執行「石門水庫阿姆坪防洪防淤工程可行性規劃」委託技術服務,其中「補充地形測量」委託自強工程顧問公司執行。
補充地形測量主要為調查進出水口及預定路線周邊地形現況,以便規劃設計後續相關工程配置。工作內容主要為五大項:(一)控制基樁埋設、(二)控制測量、(三)陸域地形測量、(四)單音束水深測量。冀求進出水口與預定路線沿線周邊之陸上與水下底床地形完整呈現。
作業時間自100年2月8日起至100年4月3日逐一完成各項工作內容,其中最困難為陸域地形測量工作,採用全測站(Total Station)地形測量方式,由於隧道工程沿線橫跨枕頭山與溪洲山山脈,高低起伏變化大,且林木茂密,增加作業困難度。
本測量現地調查作業成果如下:
(一)四支控制基樁分別埋設於進水口(生態園區內)二支,出水口二支(台四線與10號沈澱池附近各一支),以利後續工程引用。
(二)本案引用已知點計有一等水準點6點、三等控制點3點、石門水庫控制樁1支、斷面樁1支,GPS引測點8點、導線點103點,控制引點91點。
(三)進水口位於原阿姆坪砂石場,現場遺留砂石洗選機、抽砂船與工務所等廢棄機具,除北側有4~5處沈砂池外,其他區域地勢平坦,砂石場西側則為阿姆坪生態園區。
(四)出水口位於測區西北側台四線以西區域,經過第10號、第11號沈澱池進入大漢溪河道排放區,本區主要為雜草區。大漢溪河道主槽位於左岸,河床主要為岩盤與卵石分佈,平時水流流量不大。
(五) 隧道工程路線分別穿越枕頭山與溪洲山,本區主要為山地密林區,山區道路有大艽芎古道,分佈於溪洲山山脈,過溪洲山至台四線本段則為平緩丘陵。

United Geotech Co., Ltd. contract with Water Resources Planning Institute, Northern Region Water Resources Office Water Resource Agency, MOEA for “The Amuping of Shihmen Reservoir prevent flood silting project feasibility planning.” Authorizing to Strong Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. for “The supplement topographic survey”.
In order to follow-up related to engineering planning and design configuration, “The supplement topographic survey” mainly investigates into Amuping inlet and outlet and the surrounding terrain to measure the status of work.
The work content is mainly four major terms: (1) The control foundation piles buried; (2) The control survey; (3) The Land topographic survey; (4) Single-Beam bathymetric survey. Expecting for the surface and underwater topography of reservoir inlet/outlet and environment of the projected route presented completely.
The measurements time from February 8 to April 3, 2011 to complete each of the work content. The most difficult work is the land topographic survey which is using Total Station survey way. As the tunnel along the mountain and across the ZhenTou Mountain and Sijhou Mountain, undulating changes, and woodlands and increase the difficulty of the job.
The project work results are as follows:
(1)Four control foundation piles were buried at the inlet (Ecological Park) two and the outlet (Taiwan Provincial Highway 4 and the sedimentation tank No.10) one.
(2)The known control point quotes the first-class standard point 6 spots, the third-class control point 3 spots, the control pile 1 spots, the cross-section pile 1 spots, GPS measuring point 8 spots, traverse points 103 spots, the control to direct 91 spots in Shihmen Reservoir.
(3)The Reservoir inlet is located at Amuping gravel pits originally. The Reservoir inlet is located at Amuping gravel pits originally. The sand washing machine, the granulated substance ship, and worked by the waste equipment etc was left at the scene. Besides the north side has 4~5 grit chambers, other region topography is smooth. Gravel pits west side was Amuping ecological park.
(4)The Reservoir outlet is located at the surveyed area west of the Taiwan Provincial Highway 4, after the sedimentation tank No.10 and No.11, into the Dahan River course emissions area. This area is mainly grass area. The Dahan River course main channel is located at the left bank, the river bed mainly for the rock and the pebbles distribution, the fluent current capacity is not usually big.
(5)Tunnel routes are through the ZhenTou Mountain and Sijhou Mountain. This area is mainly mountainous jungle area. Mountain road with old flagstones path, located in Sijhou Mountain. Over Sijhou Mountain to Taiwan Provincial Highway 4 was the gentle hills.
