淡水河水系是經濟部水利署第十河川局管轄的主要河川水系，相關基本資料也攸關整個大台北盆地的防洪計畫，其中各河川水系的基本斷面樁資料即是後續規劃之基礎，歷年都是每條水系各自測量，未曾有整體清查測量，由於淡水河系屬同一匯流口，為能精確掌握整體淡水河系之河道變遷情形本計畫將建立完整河道斷面樁資料(高程及平面控制網系統)，作為未來河川管理、河川治理規劃措施之參考、台北防洪工程各項設施檢討之依據及將來整合GIS之應用，及提供日後河道斷面測量之依據，長期監測河道變遷之基準。 此次乃委由幀衡國土測繪有限公司承辦本計畫，工作時程自民國一○○年五月二十七日至民國一○○年十一月三十日，工作範圍包涵有淡水河(包含大漢溪)、二重疏洪道、基隆河、新店溪、景美溪、石定溪、永定溪、三峽河及橫溪等九條河川。工作內容包括：斷面樁清查與埋設、斷面樁點誌記更新製作、水準測量（含已知點檢測）、平面坐標測量（含已知點檢測）、成果報告編撰。 整體工作數量：共清查1040支斷面樁，埋設180支新樁，高程已知點檢測39點，平面已知點檢測44點，水準測量路線約686公里，扣除虛樁(18支)、共樁(5支)及施工中無法埋設樁位(2支)的數量，共施測1015支斷面樁高程及坐標。

To mitigate floods, the government has started planning the overall flood control project for Taipei basin in 1960.The Danshuei River and its branches are the major affairs of 10th River Management Office. A well planning of basic hydrological measurements and surveys, analysis and management of hydrologic must depend on right basic data.The height and plane coordinate of section stakes is one of the basic important data. There are nine rivers in this project including Danshuei River(Dahan River ), Erchong Floodway, Keelung River, Xindian River, Jingmei River, Shiding River, Yongding River, Sanxia River and Heng River.We make a survey of all the stakes of sections. Duration of this work is from 27th May,2011 to 30th November ,2011.Items of this project are checking exist stakes of sections,setting new stakes,measuring the height and coordinates of all stakes,writing report of this project.We checked 1040 stakes ,setted 180 new stakes,checked 39 level 1 Bench Marks, and 44 plane coordinate known control points,surveyed 1015 stakes.
