圖書典藏及影音數位平台

本計畫為自94年開始執行的「國土復育策略方案暨行動計畫先期作業」分支計畫「開發建置中央管河川空間資訊系統計畫」的第六年於99年度執行子計畫之ㄧ，以建置花蓮溪計畫河段環境數值資料，並以本署於94年建置之「中央管河川三維網際網路地理資訊系統」為基準配合必要之軟體開發應用，以本期產製相關資料成果供三維地理資訊系統將完成之數值圖資併同蒐集之環境數值圖資納入，作為業務查詢、展示應用。本計畫除配合航拍產製並蒐集花蓮溪水系歷年各項數值圖資與資料，並將各部會已公告之各項環境數值圖資納入，同時對航拍範圍製作土地利用現況圖及河川型態的影像判釋分析等納入應用。以提供後續辦理花蓮溪水系治理規劃設計、流域經營管理及流域環境自然生態保育與環境營造之應用。 爰此成立本計畫，因花蓮溪水系流域範圍較大，故本年度擬先行辦理花蓮溪主流自河口至中興大橋，支流木瓜溪、荖溪、壽豐溪自匯流點至河川界點等河段資料建置計畫。
